This home is a premiere Galveston Island location -- just blocks from the beach and steps away from “The Spot”! The home has 3 King bedrooms and full bathrooms, a sleek kitchen, and a lounge area. The backyard has a picturesque pool and lounge area with a full guest house. This home is perfect for guests looking for a luxurious beachside escape!This early 1900s home is a complete remodel with its original charm but a fresh, coastal revamp. The main home has 2 King bedrooms and full bathrooms. Outside, guests will find a spa-like pool with a waterfall, lounge chairs, and a table with seats and ample umbrellas. Pillows, sheets and towels, and beach towels, kitchen supplies, soaps, & utensils are provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash liners are provided ONLY to cover your first night of stay. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest.
A damage deposit and / or damage insurance coverage (if available on the booking channel) is required. If no damages are incurred and home is left in the order it was found & there have been no other violations of rental policy, then deposit (if applicable) will be mailed back the following Wednesday after checkout. Damage insurance coverage is a non-refundable fee.
If expenses are incurred to repair damages, replace missing items, pay for extra cleaning or any other direct or indirect damages or violations of rental policy as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply the damage deposit to offset expenses and charge you for any damages that are not covered by the deposit or other coverages. Note you will be personally responsible not only for any direct damages but also for any loss of rental income and for any other indirect third-party damages that result of your stay (e.g., accommodation and travel expenses of guests checking in after you in case they are delayed till repairs are done). If any mattresses have been “wet”, loss of full damage deposit will result.
Owner (and any of his authorized representatives) is allowed to enter the home at any time if he/she suspects any actions that might breach this contract. The owner may also enter home to check A/C filters and for any other reason necessary to maintain the security and comfort of guests or property.

Each person renting and staying in our home (guests) agree to be responsible for all damage and loss of personal property to his or her as well as all persons, occupants, guests, and invitees’ personal property during the term of this lease/rental agreement. Furthermore, the owners are considered harmless to damage, loss, or theft of such personal property.
Conduct on the premises and compliance with City Ordinances.
1. All furniture must be kept in the house, except the outside patio/porch furniture.
2. Guest(s) shall refrain from creating any noise or sound in the house, which is disturbing to the neighbors. (Noise ordinances are enforced.)
3. Guest(s) shall refrain from playing any musical instrument, radio, music system, entertainment system, or television set at a volume, which causes disturbance to the neighbors. (Noise ordinances are enforced.)
4. Guest(s) shall refrain, and ensure his or her guests and invitees refrain, from any conduct, which a reasonable person would deem likely to annoy or disturb the neighbors while on the premises.
5. There is a two car max parking space in front of the home. **You will need a parking pass to park on the streets surrounding the property. 2 parking passes will be left in the property upon your arrival. Parking passes are difficult and expensive to replace, so a $500 fee will be applied to any lost passes. Leave passes in the same place as you found them.
DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE.
6. Guest(s) must abide by all laws and ordinances of the state of Texas, Galveston County, and the City of Galveston. You are staying at this property and using the facilities at YOUR OWN RISK.
7. All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older unless they are a child under the age of 18 AND accompanied by their parents.
Cancellation Policy -
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. Only exception would be if there is a mandatory evacuation in our area.
Guest acknowledges they are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance. It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies, bad weather in Galveston, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, Covid-19 restrictions, etc.
Wireless high-speed Internet access is available. You acknowledge and agree that use of WiFi/Internet services at the rental property (“Services”) is for personal use and agree not to use the Services in a manner prohibited by any federal or state law or regulation.
Guests will be responsible for any and all accidents, loss, damage, or injury caused by his or her, or anyone in their party’s negligence or willful conduct. The guest(s) liability insurance whether homeowners or other will be primary in the event of any loss or damage to the property or persons occurring at or about the premises during the term of this agreement. This includes the house and all grounds of the entire property as described in the listing. It is the duty of the guest(s), while occupying the premises, to guard against accidents and to caution all members of their party to do so. Reckless endangerment of or by any people in your party is against our policies and is not allowed. We will not be held liable for any such action.
Guests must notify the owner of any maintenance problems immediately that would affect the safety and security of any person renting and staying in the house.
Be considerate to your new neighbors! QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm to 8 am, during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
Clean any spills immediately and do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on. Absolutely no pets allowed on the property at any time.
Turn off all lights and fans while out to conserve energy.

● Bambú (1.3 mi) -- This place is said to be a local’s best kept secret with some of the island’s absolute best Mexican food. The “surprise” burritos, carne asada, and barbacoa tortas are all must-tastes.
● Black Pearl Oyster Bar (1.9 mi) -- If you want to try the freshest Gulf oysters in Galveston, they are bountiful at Black Pearl. If you are an oyster newbie, check out the 12-oyster sampler with three flavors.
