As everywhere else Smoking is STRICKLY forbidden. You will be charged $250 if you smoke in the room in order to wash and deodorize and remove smoke from every inch of the room. (Reservations checking in or checking out on Saturday have a 3 day minimum. Due to a know glitch in the airbnb reservation system if the system allows you to book a 2 day reservation arriving or departing on a Saturday there will be an additional $50 surcharge) The key will be on the bed next to the remote: Tub hot water: Literally endless suppy of hot water! The unit is equipped with a tankless water heater so you never have have to worry about running out of hotwater. Also, the left handle controls both the hot and cold water. You'll just be openning the hot water handle less for hotter, more for cooler. So in essence you will not be opening the right side cold water handle at all. Please Do Not use towels or wash cloths to remove makeup. Use towel hooks for towels. Do not put towels over rustic rod as it will cause rust stains. Toilet Flush: The bathroom is equipped with a environmentally friendly compost toilet. To flush press the button on the top left. ONE FLUSH per use does the trick. (Although pressing the button and seeing the water swish around can be lots of fun, the toilet's water will run out if you over flush repeatedly :-) Pulling forward the lever on the left side opens the trap. Close trap to avoid any odor. Owner's pool is not part of the rental agreement. Use at your own risk. Pet owners: Pet must be preaproved by us in writing prior to arrival. Only one small nonshedding pet is allowed. There is a $100 damage protection security deposit due prior to check in IF you are approved to bring a small pet. There is a nightly $15 charge for a 1-15lb pet. Pets which shed or are over 15lb are strickly forbidden. If a guest shows up with a pet that has not been authorized by us in writing prior to arrival pet will not be allowed to stay. Pet deposit and fee is due immediately upon arrival. We should not have to ask for it. Pets are NEVER to be allowed on beds, sheets, blankets or comforters. Pets are to be picked up after with baggies which are to be deposited in bin for this purpose. Any property damage including but not limited to damage to furniture, soiled carpets, or soiled bed apparel will forfeit security deposit. (We DO NOT accept reservations checking in or checking out on Saturday.
