There is street parking available, please do not park in front of our neighbors homes or the fire hydrant. Please limit to a max of 2 cars to avoid disruption with neighbors.  

Parking at the property is provided as a convenience and is done at the guest's own risk. The property owner accepts no responsibility for any damage, theft, or other incidents that may occur while vehicles are parked on the premises. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions to ensure the safety and security of their vehicles and belongings. By parking at the property, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to hold the property owner harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from parking-related incidents.

Security deposit is collected at booking and will be refunded with in 72 hours after check out but may take up to 10 days to be refunded based on the timing of your bank institution's policies

Check in is from 4pm to 10pm, if you will be arriving later, please let the host know.  Our gate has a lock, to unlock adjust the code to 484 then turn the knob 90 degrees and lift the top flap to open. We have a smart lock for the front door and a random code will be generated and sent to you at least 72 hours prior to arrival. The code is only active during your reservation time and will be deleted at check out. To unlock the front door, push the HOME button, followed by the code, wait for the blue check mark then turn the knob. To lock the door from the outside simply push the lock button. If you hear a beep and see a red X, the door hasn’t locked, please pull towards you and press lock again.

We are proud to offer a well equipped  kitchen with most small appliances such as can opener, blender, toaster, boiled egg maker, coffee grinder, crockpot, wine glasses, champagne glasses, rocks glasses, bar kit, pots, pans, mixing bowls, muffin tin, cutting boards, knife set, baking sheets, pot holders, utensils, bbq grill utensils, cups, plates, bowls, coffee bar with coffee mugs etc for 6 people, drip coffee maker and keurig, starter pack of coffee, k cups, creamer and sugar, variety of spices, salt and pepper, trash bags, dishwasher pods and dishwashing soap, kitchen towels and new dish scrubber for each stay.  Curious if we have something? Just ask, if we don't offer what you need, we are happy to accommodate most requests with in reason

Any day/night visitors must be approved by owner, and maximum number of guest/visitors combined is six persons (this includes infants and children).

Perfect for anyone who wants to be spoiled while on vacation, Cowboy Casa will not disappoint!Cowboy Casa is close to everything Galveston has to offer-only a 3 minute drive to the seawall where you can spend a day soaking up the sun and enjoying the beach or dine at one of many Galveston's famous restaurants. For those cruise passengers in town prior to their cruise, we are only a 7 minute drive to the Cruise Ship Terminal. The perfect mid-town location on Galveston island! 
 
Our home is filled with loads of extras to make your visit a 5 star experience. You won't find a bare bones house at Cowboy Casa. We recognize the best vacation is one where you don't have to pack your entire home up, so we carefully curated the space with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. From a welcome snack basket to welcome you home, to unique surprises for special occasions; we want your stay to be memorable in our home. 
 
Sleeping Arrangements 
-The two downstairs bedrooms are split across the hallway and each have access to a bathroom. We have new 32" Smart Roku TVs in each downstairs bedroom. 
-All beds include pillows, a fitted sheet and top sheet and duvet, blanket or quilt plus extras just in case. 
-Both bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, plenty of towels, washrags, and a hair dryer. 
-The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, dresser, wardrobe, private en suite bathroom with tub/shower, ceiling fan and provides lots of natural light. 
-The guest bedroom is larger and has direct access to a bathroom with a tub/shower that is also accessible from the living room and offers a queen bed, work desk and ceiling fan. 
-Upstairs offers tons of space to hang out. Relax on the comfy beanbag, fold out floor cushion, 2 twin beds and chaise lounge and binge watch your favorite tv show, play board games or NFL Blitz on our new arcade console. 
 
Kitchen & Laundry 
- Fully stocked! Serving platters, knives & cutting boards, cups, mugs, plates, bowls, pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils, crockpot, a variety of spices and more!
