Departure Checklist for Villa Maestrali

Checkout time is 12:00 p.m. Unless specifically agreed upon per email with Elisabeth, please ensure everyone is out on time. Housekeeping must begin on schedule in order to prepare for the next guests. All vehicles need to be off of the property so that cleaning staff cars can pull in.

Easy Guest Check-Out:

• No need to strip bed linens; leave this for housekeeping.
• No need to dispose of leftover food, condiments/goods, they will be removed.
• No need to remove the kitchen garbage.
• Double check drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Please replace any moved furniture, inside and outside, to its original place.
• Close all windows. Set AC to off position. Turn off indoor/outdoor lights.
• Double check stovetop, oven are off.
• Please leave all keys, especially SAFE KEYS in blue dish near entrance.
• Please inform us of any damage caused during your stay, so we can replace/repair items in a timely manner. Damage valued above €50 will be charged.
