What is included, what should we bring with us?

You may be a seasoned vacation home renter or this may be your first time renting. Either way, we want you to be aware of what to expect when staying at CR Getaway.

What is included?

Specific to 8889 Candy Palm Road:

Welcome gift which includes a cooler bag THAT is perfect for poolside or park use (THE COOLER IS YOURS, PLEASE TAKE IT HOME!)

Kitchen:

• Starter household items including, one roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing detergent, small bottle of dish soap and scrubber
• Trash bags in each trash container, there are no additional bags so please bring a few from home if needed, or you may need to purchase. Our trash pickup requires all trash to be bagged in trash bags (not store bags or other bags). Additional bags may be in the pantry.
• Coffee maker with filters, bring your favorite coffee
• Keurig with a few sample pods
• Coffee mugs
• Toaster
• Ice maker in fridge
• Dishwasher, one cleaning pod under sink (additional may be available in the pantry)
• Cookware
• Glassware and dinnerware, including small plastic cups for the little ones
• Glass stemware (please do not take any glass outside)
• Silverware, including plastic for the little ones
• Dish towels and dish cloths

Baths

• Bar soap for bath and shower per bathroom
• Hand, bath and makeup towels for each bathroom with additional towels in the linen closet upstairs
• Please do not use bath towels in the pool areas or at the beach. There are a few colored towels next to the back door for pool use.
• Hair dryer in each bathroom

Living Room

• Roku enabled TV with Cable (Spectrum) app which includes HBO
• Ceiling fan remote is on the wall for easy access
• Disney books, Welcome Book and Guest Book on coffee table
• Games in cabinet drawer under TV
• Not in living room, but sports equipment is available in linen closet upstairs. Please do not use it anywhere but at the clubhouse amenities. Some equipment will stain the pool deck and none of it is for the pool (should not be wet)

Bedrooms

• Linens are on each bed, you may need to wash for longer stays
• Televisions with remotes, Roku enabled with cable app with HBO
• Ceiling fans in each room
• Pirate room has a remote for headboard lights, parents we suggest you choose where to keep this remote safe while still allowing the kids to enjoy some "night light". There is one remote that works for both beds. You do need to point it at the headboard when standing near the night stand.
• We ask that suit cases not be placed on beds or dressers, please use benches or luggage racks available in the rooms (racks in closets)
• Downstairs King closet houses high chair, while upstairs master houses the the playpen, bouncer and stroller for guest use (please leave these out if used so they may be cleaned prior to the next guest arrival)

Laundry

• Laundry basket in the laundry area (there may be laundry detergent and softener available on top rack but not guaranteed)
• Iron and ironing board in upstairs Master Bedroom

Pool

• There are designated towels (colors) for the pool. They are in a basket in the dining area. Please do not use our other linens (white) in the pool area.
• Absolutely no glass outside, we all know that shards of glass can only be found by bare feet :(
• It is quite expensive to remove glass from a pool, so please use the plastic ware we have supplied
• The pool heat is an optional expense, please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated
• Keep your children safe by having an adult in the pool area at all times. Please close and lock the fencing any time you go inside, even if you all plan to be right back out after a meal or other short break

Grill

• The grill is an optional expense, please let us know in advance if you would like to use the grill
• Grilling is an awesome way to spend extra time with family and friends and to save some money!
• Cleaning tools are supplied, please clean off grill after each use
• Please do not move the grill, due to fire regulations, it needs to be as far from the house as possible
• Please use at your own risk and with great care

Plugged In

• We know it is important to stay plugged in. So each King room has an alarm clock that houses two USB ports. In addition, the kitchen bar has two USB ports available.
