We hope you made wonderful memories at the Marejo and that our home exceeded your expectations!
Check out time is 10:00AM EST. During the summer months of June through August, this time is non-negotiable due to extensive cleaning policy (new story coming soon!) We may be able to accommodate a later check out time - up to 2 hours - but must be arranged in advance of arrival and with owner approval. Typically, this is not known until right when you arrive, sometimes later if the home is rented during your stay.
Please inform owner of any items broken/missing parts/not working as designed.
· Towels – please wash and dry all. Last load can be left drying in dryer.
· Beds - unmake beds placing sheets in matching pillow case in laundry room
· Appliances – make sure oven/stove switched to “off”, unplug coffee maker and toaster.
· Dishwasher - run, empty, put items in proper location
· Sink – leave empty
· Refrigerator/Freezer/Pantry - remove/dispose of all perishable food items
· Counters - clear all
· Books/games - return all to original location
· Lights/Ceiling fans - turn all “off”
· Thermostat -
* Warm weather: 75 degrees & Cool
* Cold weather: 60 degrees & Warm
· BBQ grill – ensure set to “off”
· Trash – take all trash from kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms and place in outside receptacle
· Personal belongings - take all. Owner is not responsible for items left but will return to Guest at their expense
· Windows/doors - close and lock all doors
· Keys - prior to departure, be sure house keys placed in the outside lockbox and change numbers from code.
**Both set of keys not left will incur a $250.00 key replacement fee**
