Lives: Holmesville, OH, USAWe are Dave & Arlene Stutzman, owners and managers of Stutzman Beach Cottage in Laguna Beach, Fl. In 2014 we finally realized our dream of owning a vacation home on the beach. We bought a foreclosed property in quiet single family neighborhood, and poured a lot of sweat and resources into turning it into our beach cottage. We completely remodeled it inside and out, completion in 2015. We have since been renting it outs as a vacation rental whenever we are not using it.
