Peaceful, comfortable, quiet, and wonderful view of the ocean. Love the fireplace which actually heats up the house. And the rocking chairs on the deck with a view of the ocean. Loved it!

This place is so beautiful and relaxing! It was nice and quiet and really comfortable. There are currently no doors on the two bedrooms and the bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. You are about a half mile from the ocean. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the outdoor balcony was great for looking at the ocean and the various wildlife that frequents the area. We also used the pizza oven! Will definitely stay again!

This was our first AirBnb. We were pleasantly surprised. The space is actually way more spacious then the pictures look like. The kitchen is first class ( my Wife wants that sink at our house now). you can see the ocean from the living room and the deck space. Deer came by every day. It is also within 5 minutes drive to everywhere, except Goat Beach which was 15 minutes away (still highly suggest to go). Would absolutely rent from them again.

Thank you, Crystal! Your place is beautiful and was the perfect place for a mother/daughter weekend. Everything was spotless and the views were amazing. And the deer family that visited the neighborhood every morning was the sweetest thing. We can’t wait to come visit again.

So I spoke to crystal and she was responsive..there was a cleaning issue(beds not made dishes in washer, garbage liners missing, garbage left in garage.). W/out asking she refunded the cleaning. The home’s construction is not finished yet. Small stuff, and therefore not safe for families..uncovered electrical outlet, dishwasher not secure so when opened it falls forward (on person/foot). Window coverings and interior doors needed, which I knew before renting. Yard is not useful at all due to weeds and gofer holes..Overall, when the remodel is completed…it is a beautiful, well done floor plan and finishes…oh..tv os Wi-Fi I believe so glitches and hard to use…

Wow!! What a perfect location! The backyard hills with furry visitors (deer, rabbits, birds, etc) and the frontyard ocean view made for an idyllic getaway. Easy access to the beach, wine country, and everything that the PCH has to offer. The house was the perfect size for our family -- 2 adults and a child. When we walked in the door, we were impressed with how clean and new if felt. With its finishing touches, this house will be a stunner! We will have to learn to use a brick oven so we can make pizza next time we visit. Crystal is an A+ communicator and responded to all of my inquiries in minutes. She is well on her way to being a superhost! Don't miss out on this house!

Crystal's house was great. A perfect location just a couple minutes out of town and right by the beach with great views. The house felt brand new and was open, clean, and very liveable; perfect space and location for two people looking to get away from the city and relax.

It was a beautiful place, everything seemed brand new. Great views of the ocean. Nice little neighborhood. Needs a microwave and toaster, but I’m sure that’ll be something host adds to the house along the way. Overall it was great 👍
