My name is Crystal and I am the owner of this property. This place is very special to us. Believe it or not, we are a family of five with three young kids and wanted a cozy place to call home when away from our full time busy lives in South Florida. We grew up vacationing here in Orlando/Kissimmee area. We have two properties in Kissimmee so feel free to check them both out.

“A good sized vila with everything you need for a pleasant stay.”

I visited with my extended family, six adults, a child, and a baby. We were more than comfortable with three double bedrooms, including one downstairs which suited my disabled father. Each family had their own bathroom, effectively giving us all our own space for morning and nighttime routines. The living room was big enough for all of us to socialise and share meals. We enjoyed having a private pool, as well as the communal pool at the clubhouse, as this gave us the best of both privacy and space. There are shops and services all within a short drive (<15 minutes) and the theme parks are relatively close. We found it took about 20 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to universal or sea world, depending on traffic. There is a bed/cot and highchair available for infants. Some of party found the mattresses a little uncomfortable, but otherwise the bedrooms were spacious enough for two adults and their clothes, and we're nicely decorated. During our stay, hurricane Milton hit Florida and Crystal ( our host) called me to make sure that we were okay and help us prepare for the bad weather, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here, and would gladly do so again, if travelling with a larger group.

“Beautiful place! Fantastic family home”

We stayed at this villa for a little over 2 weeks. (2 adults,2children) the villa was everything we needed it to be for our family trip away. Spotless when we arrived, everything you needed (cooking equipment,a few toilet rolls, pool towels) The kids loved the warm and clean pool. The host was great and we had no issues while there. I would 100% recommend this Villa and we can't wait to come stay again.

We had a great experience. Kid frienldly, across the street from club house. Game's for all ages in home and pool essentials for the kids. Host communicate all events at club house. Reponsed quickly to concerns. If you looking for a short stay and home like feel, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We loved everything about the house, the communication with her was easy and she answered very fast. There was a little incident with the pool but she fixed it as soon as we brought it up. We loved how the house was so close to Disney, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. We would definitely want to come back!

I would definitely use this Villa again. Very nice and clean. Close to stores and restaurants. Lastly, I loved that the children were able to play in the pool. The Host kept the lines of communication open in case you needed help with anything.

We really enjoyed staying at Crystal's airbnb. Everything was just as described. We loved the fact that we were within walking distance of the Clubhouse/pool etc. My Grandson thoroughly enjoyed the little pool out back and the home itself was very clean and comfortable. We plan on trying to stay there again on our next trip down.
