Geweldig verblijf zoals omschreven. Grote ruimte en opgemaakte bedden. Alleen jammer dat de verduisterende raam luiken ontbraken. Verder een perfect verblijf.

Grazie davvero! Posizione perfetta, l'intera casa era davvero perfetta, dotata di tutto quello che serve, anche dei teli da spiaggia e ombrelloni per il sole, sicuramente ritornerei molto volentieri, bellissima anche la piscina interna! Grazie ancora Cristian!

The apartment is awesome. Brand new, extremely well equipped (we cooked a lot, there’s even a blender for smoothies), black out curtains, comfy beds and pillows, fast WiFi. It’s a great location too - a quiet apartment block with more residents than tourists, walkable to everywhere in 30 mins, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, buses, taxis, great gym nearby that opens at 7am. But it’s also away from the hustle and bustle so you can tap in and out. Was a great base for two weeks working remotely and exploring the island. Christian and Mario were really flexible and helpful with checkin/out local recommendations, and Mario is just a great dude!

What a beautiful home! An amazing, very big apartment, we would love to stay here again. Host was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel at home, he met us outside and walked us around the apartment and went through everything we would need to know. He even allowed us to check out later so we weren’t waiting around as long for our flight home. One of the best hosts we have come by! I would highly recommend choosing this apartment if you are in Tenerife, it is the perfect location and you can walk to some amazing restaurants and things to do but over all of that the host is perfect with an amazing home!

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to all local amenities in Playa Las Americas. Mario was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. The apartment was clean throughout.

We stayed for 3 nights in Christian's apartment. It's located in a residential complex, not far from some restaurants and a supermarket is around the corner. Parking can be tricky to find nearby, but that's all over town. Checkin was easy and checkout flawless. The apartment itself is freshly renovated and has all the basic amenities you would need for a holiday. Due to it being situated in an older residential building, you might hear some noise hear and there, but nothing major. Overall, we had a good time in the apartment.

We stayed at this apartment over the festive period with our two daughters and my in-laws. Great location to the beach, restaurants and only 6 minutes in a taxi to Siam park. This apartment had everything we needed as a family and is fully equipped with things we didn’t even know like your toiletries, beach towels salt pepper you name it they had, Nothing was to much to ask when I enquired about some Christmas decorations to make it feel like Home I was shocked to actually find a small tree decorated along with a Christmas table runner and some elf hat on the side this did certainly make it like home For my children especially being away for Christmas Day. The people about come alive about 11pm every night and are so noisy and bang around this last for a few hours and does become really annoying but if you put the fan on as white noise it does help sound the noise out. Both Cristian and Mario were alway quick to respond to any messages. I would recommend this apartment to others
