My wife (Karen) and I love our family vacations!. For years we have traveled with our large family (8 children, 14 grandchildren, 1 son in law and 4 lovely daughters in law). We currently live in Salt Lake City, Utah and we visit Florida and Myrtle Beach, SC whenever we can. We are happy to share our magical Disney and our Myrtle Beach Vacation Homes with guests from all over the globe.

The house accommodated all of us very well. Crêpe was very responsive to everything that we asked for and so was Daria representative. The whole family had a great time.

We had a youth trip 28+. Everyone was comfortable. The house is just what online says. A Dream home.

The property manager, Craig has a lot of patience. The home is excellent. You will not go wrong by chosen this home. My family was well pleased. The pool at the house is just the right size. The clubhouse is a waterpark. I had misunderstanding with that arrival packet and the property manager took care of it without a problem I was well pleased. I do plan on returning. Parking was not an issue.

Family Memories

I had a great stay!!!! & the response for any of my needs or questions were taken care of in minutes. Very spacious home that provided all of my family needs!!!!! The clubhouse was everything it said it would be and more!!!!!!

It very important that guest check the place thoroughly for any damages and submit them as soon as possible. It is easy to be swept away by the amenities and possibly miss some damages that were previously there before getting there. I didn’t want to be accused or my guests be accused of anything that we did not cause. After checking everything to the best of our ability, we did enjoy the house. The main highlights of the house were the game room upstairs, spacious bedrooms, and pool (jacuzzi). However, to see some obvious damages was somewhat disappointing. Overall, the home accommodated my entire family and we enjoyed our stay.

Response:Although we completely enjoyed hosting Sareta and her group, it is a bit perplexing that she is critical of minor damages throughout our home. I went through all of my communications with this guest and not once did I receive any comments about broken items. Furthermore, we are just not hosts that nickel and dime free our guests if there is a minor, blemish in the home following the checkout of another party. Given this home has averaged a 4.95 rating in the past 12 months, it is difficult to stomach anything less than a perfect review. Whenever we turn over the home between guests, we make sure that everything is operational and that the home is in excellent condition. Upon receiving this review, we had our property manager and our housekeepers thoroughly. check the house and we see no damaged items or anything of concern. We want future guests to know that this is a beautiful five star vacation home where you and your family and friends will make tremendous memories throughout your vacation. Thanks for considering us! We rented both sides of the house for our family vacation and cannot say enough good things about it! From booking to check-in to check-out. Craig and the local manager were extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. The house is in a great location, was very comfortable and has everything you could need. Close to the beach, attractions and restaurants. We were very happy and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to all AirBnb-ers!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our overall stay. Communication with the entire team from check in to check out were excellent. The home was very clean. Our only wish is that we had access to park in the garage with the amount of cars (8 total) parking was rough. We often had to park block away and walk back or carpool to the house. Overall we loved our trip! And would book again.

We agree that resort parking can present a challenge however, with us owning five large homes in this resort, we are accustomed to working with our guests to help them navigate the parking at Solterra resort. Great place! A little invasive if you have visitors but I do understand it’s for safety.

Response:For being such a wonderful guest TJ. You and your family were a pleasure to host. I want to clarify your comment about the security at the resort where this house is located. Like other gated resort communities in the Orlando area, we have to make sure that we register all guests vehicles prior to their arrival. I completely understand that at times, this can be frustrating however, at the end of the day, it protects our guests from the risk of theft or crime. We appreciate your comments and the opportunity to explain to future guests that vehicles must be registered with the resort prior to arrival. That being said, we will walk each guest through the process to make this as easy and seamless as possible. This is one of the more popular resorts in the area, so we are grateful for their security. It also helps to manage larger crowds so our guests don’t have to wait in long lines to use the resort amenities. We hope to host you and your family again sometime at one of our eight properties. The house was beautiful!!! We were beyond satisfied. The kids enjoyed the space and loved the pool area. However the door knob to the outdoor (pool area) was loose when we arrived and came off fairly easy. I notified the property manager but no response also the handle to the sliding door (pool area) was hanging on as well. Other than that everything was nice and I would definitely book again when visiting the area!!!

I can't believe how nice, spacious, and clean the house was. We had a great time and look forward to using it again. You can't go wrong with this house it has everything you need. If I could give you 100 Stars I definitely would.
