My wife and I love hosting our cabin for those traveling to the Great Smokies Mountains area! We have hosted many families who come to the area, each has rated us a 5 star experience!!

Absolutely loved our stay. Peaceful, gorgeous surroundings, nicely appointed, comfortable! Walking in to a lit Christmas tree was awesome! Kara and Jeff were responsive and helpful! We loved our stay and hope to return!

10/10 This place had all you could need for a weekend away in the mountains. The hosts were responsive and the place was perfect! We did learn it’s a dry county so bring your alcohol with you ;)

From top to bottom great experience. Kara and Jeff were extremely helpful and responsive. The site is beautiful. Perfect getaway. We hope to come back and play some golf! One of the few times where the place is somehow even better than advertised. Truly awesome spot. Big thumbs up and thank you!!!

My family loved this rental and is the only one we've ever said we would return to in the future. There were 8 of us...my husband and I, our 14, 12, 8, 4 year old children, my mom and her sister. We also brought our small dog. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you need plus fun extras like the waffle bar. We loved the layout of the bedrooms and our entire family enjoyed playing the board games, video games (especially pinball), and the hot tub...oh, and can't forget the awesome massage chair, which most of us used more than once. Kara recommended Blue Heron for rafting and we were able to take everyone, including our 4 year old, and we had a great time! We also enjoyed playing bball, badminton, and on the playground at the sports pavilion, as well as (attempting) to fish in the pond. The only thing we wished there was, is a TV in the double bedroom downstairs and a little more green space outside for our dog. We had an awesome time and it was hard to leave!

We loved our weekend stay at this well-appointed, beautifully decorated cabin. The place is thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, plus a few hospital additions like the waffle bar mix, syrups, and toppings. Kara is a communicative and friendly host who provided general local guidance and specific recommendations upon request. I would return to this cabin and recommend it to others looking for a serene escape in the NC mountains!

Can’t say enough good things about this cabin. It’s perfect for gathering, adventuring and relaxing. It’s beautifully decorated, and the views are stunning. We played pickle ball; basketball; relaxed by pool; drove to Asheville for some shopping and raw oysters. We had additional family staying less than a mile from us, and there was plenty of space for hosting dinner. Kids loved the game room in the basement. Everyone enjoyed the massage chair. Highly recommend for mountain getaway, and would absolutely return! Fantastic place! Many thanks to Kara!

Had an amazing vacation, a lot of it thanks to this cabin! It had beautiful views of the mountains. It had every amenity we could’ve wanted and then some. Fully stocked with so many things, all we had to worry about buying was food. We played a lot of skeeball, and all of the games provided made for some great entertainment, especially on rainy days! It felt like everything was thought of and taken care of in this beautiful cabin. Even had accommodations for the baby! The gated community had so much to do as well. You could spend a whole day all within the gates and not run out of things to do. The pool and fishing was great and didn’t ever feel overcrowded. We even got a game of pickleball in and went on the most amazing hike! (Highly recommend “Big Bald & Back” hike for incredible views). The hosts were always quick to answer and checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Couldn’t be nicer or more informative. We would definitely love to stay again!

Amazing house for a family adventure, or for a group of friends / couples. Has so much fun stuff to do (many games, hot tub, etc.) The massage chair is amazing and was rarely empty. Very friendly and responsive host. Would love to stay again.

This property is amazing! We came up for the weekend and wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin is beautiful and very clean. The views are awesome! I was looking for some relaxation and I got it. The bedrooms are so nice and loved the upper porch off the bedrooms. We had a great time and will be back! Kara was very helpful!!!!!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, clean and lots of amenities. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the beautiful deck areas. The games available on the property were the perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon. The beds were comfortable and linens were soft and cozy. The place was clean and everything we needed was onsite. Kara was a responsive and courteous host.
