As natives of Colorado, we have spent over three decades enjoying the Rocky Mountains with our families. From the time they were infants, our family enjoyed camping, hiking, fishing, and the nearby mountains.

We have infrequently visited Arizona, where Chuck's parents lived for more than 20 years as snowbirds in Mesa, Arizona. We appreciate how different the scenery is from Colorado, which is hot and dry with saguaros. We fell deeply in love with the Monte Vista resort, and the locals were really welcoming. His parents passed away at this point, so we made the decision to "adopt" their home.

We wish you the same sense of enchantment as we do when you explore the area. OUR FAMILY VACATION HOME IS HERE! We kindly request that you show the respect that our house and the places you visit deserve. Leave no trace and tread gently. Originally constructed in 2000, this charming home has undergone extensive renovations by us. Activities inside the resort's 80+ acres are only a short distance away; you can walk or ride your bike to go around. It features an open kitchen, dining area, living room, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We're not that far from the pool you see in the photo—just a short stroll away!

The Superstition Mountains are visible from our home! It's fourteen miles distant for a drive. If you enjoy hiking, you can have a picnic at the neighboring lake where you can see a variety of saguaros, cacti, and, if you're lucky, lovely flowers.

Enjoy this peaceful retreat close to amazing hiking, stores, and museums. You may also choose to sit on our terrace and read your favorite book (book exchange is included) while taking in the breathtaking sunsets. This home features a guest room and a private bedroom with a king-size bed on the main floor.
