“Fabuloso”
Fuimos dos familias de vacaciones a Orlando, nos hospedamos en la casa de Davenport de John y Christine y fue la mejor decisión. Casa muy cómoda, segura, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Orlando. Eramos 4 adultos y 3 adolescentes, entramos todos muy muy cómodos. La piscina hermosa, unos días antes de viajar decidimos prender la calefacción de la misma, pasamos unas tardecitas hermosas en su patio. 100% recomendable

“Great property and location”
Booked this villa after being let down 5 month before we were due to fly to Orlando and the owners are perfect and very much prompt in responding to all messages etc.
We arrived late afternoon and the villa was great very spacious and the owners had even left us some christmas decorations as we had asked if they had any and that was a lovely added touch.

The villa in general is in a very good standard but is showing signs of tiredness in some areas but nothing that would put us of recommending it to anyone.

Our biggest gripe was the lack of connectivity to the pool and the house. We have been going to Florida for 22 years and never not been able to leave the patio doors open to the pool area. There is an alarm (which I understand is the law) however this does not allow you to socialise with your family or friends who are sat in the pool area. It is a big put off for us sadly. I would much rather there was a pool screen instead so that you can eat and drink outdoors with no closed door between you.

So overall a very good villa, excellent location and fantastic owners.

Response:Thank you for this review, Please understand that the A/C unit is also on and keeping the doors open makes the unit work harder and could make it freeze up due to condensation, besides safety for the littles ones that our guest may have is our upmost concern for the families that stay at our Home away from home.

“Perfect villa in a perfect ”
The villa is located close to the I4 so within easy reach of everything. The facilities are second to none and the hosts could not of been better.
We have stayed in a few villas around Orlando but none beat the standard of service from John and Christine plus the facilities within Shaboo, They were available to answer all our questions within minutes and came back with the right answers
The only negative was the bathroom towel left out on the top patio seat which looked as if it had been missed by the cleaners for a few weeks.
If anyone is looking for the perfect villa in Orlando talk to Christine and John you will not be disappointed
