Wonderful home for large families. Great beach & ocean views plus close to pool. Very clean & recently updated. Each bedroom has its' own bathroom, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, toys, puzzles, & games for all ages. Lots of beach towels, a wagon, beach toys & chairs. Christie was quick to respond for any questions.

Unbelievable rental!
We booked this trip as a getaway for our family and 2 other families...all in all it was 6 adults and 6 kids under 4. This house layout was PERFECT for us, and I've never been in a rental that was as well equipped as this home. We had plenty of beach towels, plenty of beach toys and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook for everybody. Plus a super short walk to the pool! Christie was also super responsive, and the home was very clean upon arrival. We go to SGI a couple times a year and this was by far my favorite rental!

We stayed here for our family beach vacation. This house was perfect for our large group! The living room and kitchen are spacious and comfortable! The kitchen has two large refrigerators which is so nice for a big group. The bathrooms are very nice too. All the beds were comfortable. My favorite part of the place is the beach access. You step right off the porch onto the beach. We had young kids and a baby with us. The beach location was really great for that for us. We will be back! Aside from the house, Christie is a fabulous host. She picked up a package that ended up at the post office for us and had donuts and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. Above and beyond!

Fantastic stay! Perfect house!
We cannot say enough nice things about our stay here! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication, information brochure, and arrival process were some of the best I’ve ever seen - they even had the lights on & a sweet welcome treat for us which was so nice as we rolled in at dusk. The house is incredible - fabulous floor plan for our group. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out - we were three families - 3 couples and 6 teenagers. The house is beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and well-appointed. We cooked most meals in, and the kitchen is perfect- great appliances and very well-equipped. The beds are all comfortable, and the curtains / blinds are very nice to create a dark room if you want to sleep in a bit. But if you don’t, the view of sunrise is breathtaking from three of the king bedrooms and the living / dining space. The outside porches and beach access are all so incredible, and we really appreciated the closet full of beach chairs & gear & the towels. Loved watching the pods of dolphins go by all throughout the day. Truly - perfection all around. We just love the sleepy vibe of St George, and really appreciate the amenities like bike paths, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and even used the small gym which is just about 5 houses down. We all can’t wait to come back!!

From the moment we arrived, this beach house was nothing short of magnificent. Everything was fresh, new and clean! There was an abundance of comfortable furniture on the deck to relax and overlook the ocean, plenty of bedrooms and comfortable beds, indoor seating, and even an enormous table and chairs for us to sit around and dine or play games. Our family felt like we were royalty. Every little detail was thought of, including access to beach chairs and umbrellas. In addition,  the beach, which was right out our back door, is a private beach, so there was hardly anyone else out there. The sand is soft and the shells are abundant.  We walked along the beach, swam in the ocean, and sat and watched the dolphins in the water. We also rented bikes from one of the local rental companies (which were delivered right to our door), and biked all over the island, including a sunset ride down to the "cut" for  spectacular sunset viewing.  Every moment of our stay made for the best family reunion

This was a really awesome beach house! The house sits directly on a quiet beach and we loved being the only people out there! It is almost across the street from the community pool which was great it is a very large pool. The kids had a wonderful time going between the pool and the beach. Inside, everything is new and fancy. It felt like a brand new home. Most of the home including 4 bedrooms are on the same floor with only two bedrooms on a different floor. This really worked well as we had older relatives and kids and they didn’t have to go up and down the stairs all the time. There are three super big rooms with beach views. The dining table fit our entire family and the kitchen had everything we needed including a double refrigerator. They even had a special water system so we didn’t need to buy bottled water. There is an elevator which made it easy to get luggage and groceries to the other level. Overall this was the nicest beach home we ever stayed at!!!

We had a wonderful time at Chritie's home. For starters it's in the gated Plantation area. It's a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and safe. The home itself is spacious, open and nicely decorated. It was immaculate and very clean. We liked the crisp white finishes and comfortable furnishings. It has a nice refined, beachy feel. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and features high end appliances. The bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses and bedding and continue the beach feel. The home also features an elevator so people of all ages can enjoy the house and get around easily. We spent a lot of time on the decks. Both sides are well furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Overall the location, beach and accommodation were perfect. And there are several thoughtful features that made our stay that much nicer. We loved the house and plan to rent from Christie again next year.
