Absolutely beautiful house, amazing amenities and hosts were fantastic. Centrally located to get to anything within the Orlando area within 20 minutes, Tampa are within 45. Hosts very responsive before, during and after stay. This is the perfect home for large families! We will definitely be back!

Our family of 14 had a great time. Everyone loved that they had their own bathroom. The 2 refrigerators and dishwashers were perfect. My bed(master on first floor closest to the pool) was so comfortable. The children loved the pool and that they could get in it first thing in the morning. Thanks for a very rememberable week,

The house was great . Very roomy and clean . Beds were comfortable. The only complaint the pool never really got hot despite paying extra . Also the resort itself was lacking . The main reason we booked this particular resort was the water park on site ; however after checking in we realized the limited hours . It opened daily at 11am and closed at 5pm . What water park in the summer closes at 5pm . The resort shut the arcade /game room down for remodeling etc . Not a lot of activities for the kids especially since the water park closed so early ! The house could add more arcade games etc but overall it was a great experience

We chose this location for a mini family gathering. It was absolutely wonderful. The children adored the themed bedrooms and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a long time. Chenning was so responsive on anything we needed. We will definitely want to visit again!!

Chenning’s house worked out well for our group of 17 during our stay in the Orlando area. The pool area was nice and well utilized during our stay and I was grateful I added on the heat option. The kitchen was minimally stocked with basics but it would have been nice to have some staples like salt/pepper or a pizza pan. One of the initial draws to the house was the amenities provided such as transportation to the Disney parks but unfortunately their offerings were very limited for our large group and we ended up driving each day instead. The themed rooms were fun and extremely well done. The kids loved them! The other rooms were good but a few of the mattresses and the carpet are starting to show some signs of wear. There were some issues with the wi-fi initially but it was quickly fixed after letting Channing know of the problem with a maintenance man coming by the house within hours. Overall the space worked out well for our group and we would consider staying again.

We had a great time. It was nice to have enough rooms and bathrooms that each couple had their own. We enjoyed the big screen TV, the kids loved the game system. The pool was amazing. We lost heat in the pool and hot tub for a couple days but maintenance came and got it up and running in no time and we were assured we would be refunded for the days without heat. All in all a wonderful vacation in an awesome home.

Chenning’s home was absolutely beautiful. It honestly the best AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect - including the 10 bathrooms, MANY bedrooms, large kitchen, and beautiful pool. If any issues arose, Chenning responded almost immediately and resolved the issue for us. She always remained in contact and let me know she would assist in any way. I would recommend this home to anyone. It was an absolutely amazing experience, and a Chenning is a perfect host. Thank you!!!

This was a wonderful home to stay in for our family gathering! Location is perfect and the community is so quiet! The house was very clean and furnished with all that we needed (plus some). The heated pool and hot tub were a welcome relief after a long, hot day at the parks. Overall, this home is at the very top of the list of places to stay!!!!!

Excellent house, for our large group of multiple families and kids very well. Clean, updated and comfortable. We would stay here again no problem. The kids enjoyed the themed rooms and the upstairs projector. Chenning was very responsive for any questions we had.
