Our family purchased this home in 2020 as the Pandemic sent us looking for a drivable destination to spend family time from our home in Parker (DFW area), TX. This unique property has the perfect layout for our large family to spread out and yet be together!

We absolutely love the Emerald Coast and the location of this home. We checked all the boxes for our dream beach home with this one. From the private heatable pool to the close prximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants, Gigi's Sunshine met our every expectation.
