We stayed at the Funky Palm beginning of November 2023. We travelled with our two kids (4 year old and 2 year old) and grandparents. Pros: - pool was awesome! Spent hours in here with the children, we were happy we spent the extra to have the pool heated. Loved having floaties available and different seating options outside. - child friendly, high hair and playpen were nice to have. The kids enjoyed the books and toys as well. - nice location- close to lots of shopping. Target and Trader Joes close by. Lots of restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Close to the zoo. Not that close to much in walking distance. Cons: (these were not a big deal for us, we overall really enjoyed our stay) - beds were not the most comfortable for us. The memory foam was not a favourite of our group. - kitchen appliances could use an upgrade. Dishwasher had some damage, fridge door was finicky, oven door very noisy when opened and closed.

This rental was very comfortable and convenient! Between the neighborhood being quiet and the jacuzzi being the perfect temperature, it made for very pleasant summer nights outdoors. The TVs were easy to use, the kitchen was fully functional, LOVED being able to park in the garage as well. Great restaurants with healthy options that accommodated a variety of dietary restrictions and grocery stores nearby made finding exactly what we wanted to eat super easy. A quick, 15 min drive to the arena. Carrie was super responsive and hospitable! We enjoyed staying here so much that we extended our stay which accidentally locked us out of the door code and Carrie quickly called and resolved the issue. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Came out to the Palm Springs/Indio area for a golf trip with some friends and needed to find a place with enough beds to host 8 of us. Carrie was extremely responsive and made sure that we had everything that we needed! The property was in great shape and had everything that we needed in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely be coming back next time we have another trip planned.

Thank you for hosting us! We had an amazing time with the family! Loved the pool and also all the little extras like the pool towels, games, and coffee…location close to plenty of stores if you need to buy food or whatnot.

This is our second time staying at Carrie’s place! We enjoyed our stay so much the first time- we came back! It rained some of the time we were there and the toys/books for the kids was so helpful. Having the pack and play as well as the high chair was great as we didn’t need to bring ours. Carrie was proactive and communicative. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place and wonderful hosts, we had wonderful days there. The response was fast, and we even got refund for a single day delay of repairing due to the hurricane. The swimming pool and the hot tub was also excellent, we enjoyed that very much.

Beautifully furnished. great for two families to stay with young kids or even a small group of friends. Pool was amazing, and they provided floaties. The mattresses were all very comfortable to sleep on. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great location for a nice get away
