The host made our stay very special. We were to arrive very late and she turned on the heater/lights to make us feel welcomed. I love the doggos roaming around, super happy and friendly puppers. Everything in this airbnb home has great quality products. Not to mention the comfort of the bed! I love love love this place!

Carolyn's placec was just what we needed. Although we only lived 25 miles away, we needed a quiet environment. Her dogs are so sweet!

The location meant our needs for the overnight stay. Quiet and safe as we were towing car on car trailer and wanted safe place to part it. The one thing that might be helpful for future clients is when say one bed would also be helpful to have a recliner or chair that changes into a sleeping spot as just because have two guests does not mean they are a couple and share the bed. One night manageable but not for more unless staying as single or couple.

Response:Hello Kathleen, Our listing does state one cal king sized bed in a studio suite. The recliner does recline all the way but not really suited for sleeping. Happy and safe travels!

Beautiful, peaceful, quit space just a few minute drive from downtown. We loved the open communication, and friendly attitude of Carolyn and the inviting feel of Red Bluff as a whole. This was an amazing place to stay and get away for a bit!

The stay on the ranch was private and peaceful, an opportunity to relax, watch the cattle graze and rest on the trees right off the patio, and watch the sun set over the distant mountains. The host’s dogs are amazingly friendly, and the place had everything we needed for a week’s stay. Overall, a delightful stay.

The Ranch in law unit was delightful. The bed comfy, the location so nice and quiet! Friendly dogs which were fun to be around. Great little design with a nice kitchen setup and bathroom. Really enjoyed our stay.

I was in the area with a 16 foot cargo trailer and chose this place with the assumption of room and safety for the trailer. That proved to be correct, frankly, it could not have been better. There was plenty of room for the trailer and my truck and it was as safe as possible behind the electronic gate. Carolyn's dogs are very good natured and were great friends during my stay. The unit was as described with a convection microwave, gas stove top and full-sized refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the until was very clean, affordable and well appointed. The only possible "con" is they are located on the edge of cell range (tested with AT&T and Verizon) and the WiFi at the guest house is "just ok". If you need high speed internet for work that could be an issue. Overall I was very happy and will very likely stay there again when in the area visiting family!
