Brian’s home is in the most beautiful spot on the Salmon River. We were here to ski, but want to come back in the summer to enjoy the river. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was space for our teens to hang out in the basement to watch movies and play foosball. The adults enjoyed the kitchen and living space while the kids watched movies upstairs. It was perfect for our two families. Highly recommended!

The house was exactly as described in the listing. We a great stay. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. This home is in a awesome location, lots of activities near by. Comfortable beds, lot’s of space and awesome layout! We also really enjoyed the wood stove and hot tub with river view too! Brian responds very quickly and made the whole process super easy! We are already taking about coming back this summer.

Such a fantastic find! Brian was kind and proactive. The kitchen is very well appointed, we were delighted that it wasn’t as barebones as many Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Everything was so very comfortable! From the big comfy blankets, to the pristine hot tub, and the wood set aside for the fire pit… it was better than we imagined! Private and idyllic! We hope to book again!!

Brian's place was wonderful! Extremely peaceful, very clean, and all the amenities to make our stay a very enjoyable experience. A quick drive up to the Salmon River trailhead put us on an absolutely amazing hike, while a gorgeous drive down through Rhododendron and up to Mt. Hood gave us all the breathtaking scenery we could possibly want. Brian's check in process was very easy and he was fully responsive to any asks. I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

We absolutely loved the property! It was exactly what we thought it would be and even more. We are from WI and the first thing our teenage son said when he opened the door to the vehicle to get out at the property was "It smells amazing here". Indeed it did. The fresh air and smells of the forest were refreshing. The sounds of the river from the front porch was something I enjoyed every evening while reading. This area was a fantastic home base for all of the places we wanted to see in northern Oregon. The house itself was perfect for our group with everyone having their own space when wanted. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day of sightseeing and the kitchen is set up nicely for cooking and visiting at the same time. We are not the type to vacation in the same area more than once (we love to see all parts of the U.S.) however if we were ever to come back to this area we would not hesitate to book again!

The cabin was amazing. The views are lovely - especially of the Salmon river. You can hear the river from the house which is very peaceful. The river is bone-chillingly cold but great for people who like ice baths, like my husband. The spacing was great for families with young adult kids like ours - everyone had their space. The home was very clean with plenty of towels for the relaxing hot tub (also very clean - and hot). Though there are houses fairly nearby there is plenty of outdoor space and it feels very private. Overall the best place we’ve ever stayed. Really wonderful! Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this tucked away gem! We have stayed at a ton of air bnbs around different mountain/nature areas and this one by far is one of our favorites! You can tell the owner has poured his heart into making sure this cabin inviting, well stocked, clean and literally has everything you need. Stay here if you ever want to explore the Mt. Hood region, you won’t be disappointed. We had one issue with one of the circuit breakers turning off during our stay, but Brian was quick to fix the issue and was very responsive. This always shows how much the host truly cares about your stay. Thanks for welcoming us to your wonderful cabin!
