Great host and place. She responded quickly and provided the stuff we asked for. The place was clean and spacious for 6-7 people. The location is also nice and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in future.

Everything was great and mostly as described. The giant gorgeous pool and the rooftop were the highlights of this place. Tons of cookware and everyday nececities included. The only thing I would say is not so great is that a "dryer" is listed as an amenity for this place. The "dryer" they have is a washing machine/dryer combo and the drying portion of it basically doesn't work (unless you have it on for hours and hours per load in which case you are probably going to exceed your daily electricity allowance). We were really counting on that dryer to clean our clothes efficiently. Luckily, the owner didn't charge us for the excessive electricity we used this time! We also got and early and late check in which was awesome! Tldr: Overall, I definitely recommend this place! I just also think the dryer shouldn't be listed as an amenity if it doesn't work effectively.

We had a fantastic stay at this Playacar Airbnb with seven guests. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure that any requests we had were taken care of immediately. The air conditioning in all rooms was a huge plus, especially in the hot weather. Although we didn't spend much time at the property, we were pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped it was and how easy it was to communicate with the host for anything we needed. The front desk and security staff at Playacar AWA were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Playacar.

We stayed at this condo in July2024. Condo is in a gated community. Check in at the lobby was friendly. Location is good. Condo is right accross from an OXXO, small bakery (that offers great breakfast and dessert), an Argentinian Restaurant and a Gelato parlor. Pool is great, kids enjoyed it. It also has a cash bar, which was nice. The condo does have a complementary golf cart, but provides limited availability to 3 people at a time. SIDE NOTE not relating to condo itself. For our party of 6, it appeared that grabbing a taxi from the condo was much more expensive than if we grabbed one from 5th avenue area, specifically (Walmart). For some reason taxis doubled their pricing coming/leaving Playacar area. Walk to the beach is about 25-30min from the condo, but for us with the heat and kids it was not the most convinient. Do plan your transportation. Food availability in the area is very minimal, you will have to cook or go into Playa del Carmen area.

This Airbnb was amazing, we enjoyed every single bit of it. The rooms were great and spacious all with their own bathroom, beautiful view from the balcony and private rooftop lounge area. Everything was clean and modern. The condo came with many great amenities such as a gorgeous pool and gym as well as an adult pool only. The beach was a 15-20 min walk but a golf cart shuttle was also available. Which made the beach only a 5 min little drive. Also liked that the OXXO was just across the street and convenient for us to get snacks drinks and a bit of groceries that they have there.The Restaurants are close by the location overall was amazing close to all the hustle and bustle of 5th Ave playa del Carmen. But also far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the condo. My family enjoyed this stay to the fullest. The host was amazing easy to communicate and also provided lots of recommendations. I 10/10 recommend this Airbnb to anyone including friends and family. ☀️🙂🤩

My family spent our first time in Playa Del Carmen and stayed at AWA in Playacar. We loved the condo and our host was excellent! Erika, Brian, and Ingrid helped right away with any issues that came up! The condo was clean and felt very safe and friendly. The amenities felt like we were at a resort. From start to finish we felt fully taken care of and they exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend. we will always book with them in the furture. 100% pleased with everything.
