The Lock key will secure the front door upon leaving. Please lock the back door from inside.

Hilltop’s premises are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security reasons. The cameras will not capture any images of the interior of the house. They are only for surveillance of bike storage and parking areas in areas of public view.

📷Kitchen

Help yourselves to any dishes, utensils, spices & condiments. Please be sure to wash anything used and return to the cupboards after use.

📷Living Room

Turn TV on via Roku remote.

Sign into your own subscription account.

Live TV: Select Live TV - Press left button to see channel guide, toggle up and down to change channels.

Volume is located on the side of the remote.

📷Outdoor furniture, balconies etc

We sure hope you find our outdoor space to be a fun and relaxing area. The back patio includes an electric grill for your convenience that can be easily removed from the stand for easy washing after use.

There is also a bike wash along with soaps and brushes to clean your beloved gear.

📷Smoking

Please do not smoke on the property.

📷Towels

Bath towels can be found in main bathroom. When you depart please place dirty towels into the hamper next to the washing machine.

📷Heating & Air Conditioning

The property has Heating and Air Conditioning, please feel free to use it when necessary – you can find the switch that turns it on located between the two bedroom doors.

📷Trash

Trash bin is located outside of the back door.

Checkout time is 10am

Checking Out:

Please gather all trash and place in trash bin outside of the back door.

Have all dirty dishes washed and returned to original location.

Place dirty towels and linens in hamper next to washer/dryer.
