Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later, and check-out time is 10 a.m. at the latest.  If you arrive in the area early, I suggest planning some activities from my Houfy Guidebook.

How Do We Get into the Cottage?

When turning on the private drive be cautious of any wide turns as the road is narrow. Your cottage is the first building on the left.

We use a keyless lock, and will send you your door code the week of your arrival. This will allow you to come and go at any time. Please just lock it behind you. If it’s too dark to read the numbers on the keypad, you can just hit the lock button and it will illuminate the numbers. When leaving, you just hit the lock button to lock the door behind you. Please be sure all guests read through the documents.

What Should I Do If I Arrive Early?

- Visit Downtown Rogers : Great shopping and local restaurants

- Lake Atalanta : 5 Minutes from the cottage

Checking Out:

Please gather all trash and place in trash bin outside of back door.

Have all dishes washed and returned to original location.

Put linens and towels beside washing machine in hamper.


Please remember we have an absolutely NO smoking and NO pet policy. Any issues upon check-in must be reported within 3 hours.

**Hilltop Hideaway premises is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras for security reasons. The cameras will not capture any images of the interior of the cottage. They are only for surveillance of parking areas in areas of public view **
