Cheers from the Greers and their Vacation Rental, 'Stay on the Vineyard!'
I asked Melanie and Jonathan to share with me what makes their fabulous vacation rental so successful. "In this ever-evolving landscape, our commitment remains unwavering-to curate memorable stays, celebrate local flavors, and invite travelers to savor the essence of Paso Robles.."
Melanie & Jonathan purchased Stay on the Vineyard in early 2021 after a casual conversation with the previous owners. The conversation led to a tour of the home & property just 2 short days later. It was love at first sight, the vineyards were still dormant and bare, but the potential was huge. Melanie fell in love with all the beautiful flowers & fruit trees on the property; Meyer Lemon, Limes, Figs, and Pomegranate just to name a few. Jonathan loves projects and the potential within this property called to him. The man loves to build, fix, plant, and grow. It was a natural fit for both of them.
Melanie and Jonathan started on Houfy March of 2022. I asked them to tell us about their experience with using Houfy as their booking platform. They shared with me that nearly all of their bookings are new guests, with 60% of their bookings coming thru the Houfy platform. So what do they contribute their Houfy booking success to? "In the dynamic landscape of using Houfy as our short-term rental platform, our commitment to reaching travelers and wine enthusiasts extends across a multitude of platforms. From the professional networking hub of LinkedIn to the visual allure of Instagram, we harness the power of digital channels to connect with our audience."
So what are these digital channels that have helped make Stay on the Vineyard one of the top 10 most booked properties on the Houfy platform? Let's just say, Melanie's been busy....
Linkedin Pinterest Instagram Google Maps Threads Tik Tok Facebook Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce At Her Table Paso Robles Wineries
...to name a few. But the most important takeaway? All of these channels link back to their Houfy booking page.
Stay on the Vineyard is nestled within the confines of a secluded vineyard, an exquisite feature that captivates the senses. Located in the esteemed Paso Robles Region, their setting benefits from a climate reminiscent of the sun-kissed Mediterranean.
