The Highland Parkway from Snowshoe is the entry point into a series of trail heads for biking, world class single track, Cranberry Glades, Dolly Sods, Tea Creek, waterfalls, Williams River, and a host of other natural wonders The drive itself is an experience but be warned, it is quite hilly. To reach the highway turn south on 219(left from Snowshoe) and proceed to the top of Elk mt., then turn right and you are there.
