We are a family of 5 based in land-locked Denver. We love both the mountains and the beach. We couldn't pick just one, so we now own homes in both! We love hosting friends and family, and now we are happy to host you and yours.

This house is the realization of a dream come true - a house right on the beach with amazing views of the ocean. We love watching the dolphins go by from the two decks, spending afternoons playing in the surf, watching sunsets from the pool, and going crabbing at night!

There are lots of things to do in the area other than the beach. If you need some ideas, please reach out and we'd be happy to share our favorites with you.

Please note, on credit card bills you will see one of our LLC names, Victoria ACS LLC or Vista Peak LLC, rather than my personal name. This is for business purposes, but our family will be your host!

“A wonderful property, supported by great hosts and their team”
Serendib is a fabulous property for making great family memories. We had eight adults, plus an 8 year-old, and two infants.  There was plenty of room for everyone and well insulated so we didn’t hear crying babies at night! We were the first guests of the season so there were a few minor issues, but the host was incredibly responsive.  There was a very prompt local team that quickly took care of anything that arose. We have been in dozens of rentals through the years and this was by far the best equipped. Many little touches like laundry hampers in each bedroom, lots of beach towels, wagons, and beach chairs as well as spices and every kitchen gadget you might need. The elevator is a real plus if you are bringing a lot of stuff.  The pool was warm enough for us to enjoy despite very cool weather, which was a big plus! The location is fantastic—just steps from a quiet stretch of beach.  We loved the daily appearances by dolphins easily seen from the deck and pool or the beach that made it even more memorable.  Highly recommended!

“Wonderful Home and Fantastic Location”
Our family was seeking a space for 14 (10 adults and 4 kids), and Serendib was perfect. The host is tremendously responsive and helpful, and she has outlined everything you need to know to consider or after booking. We had smaller children and appreciated the notice about the pool. We found everything to be perfect for a family getaway with a small drive for any groceries or evening out. In addition to being an ideal location on the beach, the outdoor seating and putting green on the entry level gave respite from the sun. There was also corn hole and a ping pong table. The interior was set-up for our larger family with each bedroom having a bath, ample seating, a game room, and a game table. We found the 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, and 2 dishwashers in the kitchen afforded us space and met all of our needs. This oasis was a perfect beach home for a perfect vacation. We had a couple of questions during the stay, and we found the host to be responsive and helpful. A big thank you for the wonderful home for our family beach vacation.
