Anne Marie's apartment is a large one bedroom in a beautiful building. The location is incredibly convenient as it's across from the subway so check in was a breeze. The place was spotless and quiet and and a very comfortable and cozy place to rest and recharge after a day in the city.

Great stay and experience at this very nice apartment in Brooklyn. The location was just right for our purpose of visiting family. Easy access to the 2/3 subway and the beautiful Prospect Park is located nearby. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable, and we’ll maintained. It was very nice to return to a peaceful, homey place after busy days in the city. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Everything matched exactly with the provided explanations, no surprises or glitches. We would certainly return the next time we visit.

This was a great place to stay, across the road from the Brooklyn Museum. Kate was a friendly and responsive host - we would visit again, it was a good place to stay with a small child.

I had great stay at Kate’s beautiful home in Prospect Heights! The subway is across the street, there are great restaurants within walking distance, and the home is perfectly equipped for anything I needed during my stay. Kate was a responsive, helpful, and flexible host, and I look forward to a future stay!

Kate was great host. We had some unforeseen problems and Kate was super helpful and flexible. Her place is in a great location to access park, museum, botanical gardens, restaurants etc. train across the street. Apartment was comfortable, very efficient and pretty clean. Kitchen very well stocked ( she clearly cooks!). Bathroom adequate. Overall, a very nice place. Enjoyed the stay.

Kate’s place was very clean, cute, and comfortable. We had access to all the basics we needed (shampoo, soap, coffee etc). The only thing that could’ve made our stay better was if the check-in process didn’t depend on Kate and if we had 2 sets of keys. Otherwise everything else was perfect, I’d highly recommend :)

Kate was extremely helpful and responsive. The location of the apartment could not be better, it is literally steps away from the subway and Prospect Park. Lots of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. For the small footprint, it is a really good layout and feels very cozy.

Great apartment in a good location literally opposite the subway- easy commute into Manhattan and a couple of coffee shops/restaurants close by. Apartment is nicely furnished and as the photos show- has everything you need. You get quite a lot of noise from the apartment above, but I think that’s expected in an NYC apartment. Recommended for a few days in NY!

Response:Thanks Oliver for your review, I’m sorry, sometimes I don’t notice the sound from above but the person is handicap so their walker does come through a bit during the day when they are moving around in their apartment. Also, apologies again for the 5-minute wait during check-in to let you into the building. As noted, it was 1am and I had excepted your arrival closer to 11pm but I’ll be sure to check in with guests when they are delayed in the future to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
