Fred and Ann had so much in common, like the love of travel. Their first trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands was in July 2003. They fell in love with the white powdered beaches, turquoise waters and friendly people. What an incredible island! They scheduled an appointment with a realtor and after one day of viewing properties wanted to make an offer on a one bedroom condo. The condo complex was 3 years old and absolutely gorgeous. The architecture, grounds, beach and of course the condo, WOW! Their low key agent said there was no rush but Ann being a realtor wanted to sign immediately. The next day at the pool they purchased the vacation home of their dreams. Three and a half years later (7/7/07) with 90 guests attending, they married on Grace Bay Beach. They open their doors to you so you may experience the Turks & Caicos Islands they fell in love with!
