Hi, we are Sarah, Andrea and Edoardo, a family of 3 now living near Milton Keynes in the UK.

I'm English and my partner Andrea is Italian and we lived for many years in Como (where Andrea is originally from) before deciding to move back to the UK.

We love travelling, and other than Italy we really love the wild coast of Portugal, fossil-hunting in Dorset and sailing in Croatia.

We love giving our guests a "home from home" feeling when they come on holiday and always offer help and advice on places to eat, things to do etc when they come to stay.

We had a great stay here. The view is amazing, the house is very clean, the food at the restaurant downstairs is delicious, not to mention the wine and our host was just lovely!

We really enjoyed the space! Andrea is very thoughtful and very helpful anytime of the day. We had quite the adventure with our flights being delayed/ canceled/ rebooked but our driver that Andrea had arranged for us was such a nice guy!! Super accommodating which was truly appreciated considering the circumstances! Thank you so much for making our first trip to Italy memorable! We would definitely consider renting from Andrea again.

Siamo stati ospiti di Andrea per delle riprese del mio nuovo Film. Ci siamo trovati bene data l'accoglienza del signor Franco e la pulizia e l'ordine della casa, che erano impeccabili. Forse non adatto al 100% per produzioni cinema, dati i vicini poco ragionevoli, ma con grande stile.

What a fantastic apartment we just stayed in - we were sad to leave so soon. Situated in a quiet and safe area the apartment is still located within an easy walk to everything. Ap and Andrea are fabulous hosts and extremely thoughtful in leaving refreshments for us on our arrival. The check in was super easy and we were made to feel at home straight away. Thank you Ap and Andrea! Perfect Hosts and a Perfect Apartment.

This apartment was beautiful and is a great space if you want to chill with a couple of friends. It was situated a couple of minutes away from the busy centre of Como which was nice if you prefer a quieter area. Amenities fantastic! It had everything I personally needed ( iron and ironing board, great hair dryer, washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed).

We had a great time in Como and enjoyed the city and the excellent apartement! Everything was just perfect from the warm welcome till the uncomplicated check-out! The apartement is amazing with all things you need. It’s very clean and nicely decorated Thanks a lot for that great stay!

Como's Finest.
This apartment is absolutely first class. We have reserved accommodation through Homeaway for a number of years . All properties have been very good, this one stood out. The owners farther was there to greet us, what a gentleman, he could not speak English, we cannot speak Italian, but with some light- hearted banter, lots of hand gestures, all was explained. The secure, covered parking is a great help, accessed via lifts from/to the apartment There is a railway station, again with mostly covered walkways from the complex, a real bonus for my wife who has walking difficulties, just a few minutes to the center of Como (1.20 cents), definitely not worth moving the car. The apartment is just as described, the photographs are very accurate, extremely comfortable. Lake Como is a must, a boat trip is essential, fantastic, I attended the F1 at Monza, again just 25 mins by train, Milan just a few more. We will certainly be going back, a fantastic apartment, in a brilliant location.

Perfect location, beautiful balcony, perfect for a couple! It is however noisy due to the Main Street in front! ( cars passing all the time ) but a part from that it was perfect!Alma is very nice and flexible with departure time !
