I ran my own business for 34 years supplying the catering trade in London and SE England. Our emphasis was to provide quality products that were superior to what was generally available. I sold the business in 2009 and immigrated to New Zealand for an adventure. During our time there I had a lot of boating experience including sailing to Antarctica. After 10 years we are now back in England.
