APARTMENT

The semi-open kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, juicer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker and kettle.



The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two boxsprings (80x200) and a private bathroom.



On the sunny terrace you will find two comfortable sofas, sun loungers, a spacious dining table for six and an outdoor kitchen with coil unit, grill and fridge.



Included in the rent is a welcome pack, a spacious parking place in the underground garage, directly accessible via the elevator. In our storeroom in the garage you will find two beach umbrellas and some simple reclining beach chairs. Available for you to take to the beach - free of charge.



GENERAL

The common areas of Calamora, such as the entrance, corridors and elevators are well maintained and luxuriously appointed. Calamora has a private swimming pool - with separate children's pool and an enclosed garden. So - safe for children. In the garden, around the pool you'll find some sun beds, parasols, showers, and a playground.



Around the corner, at only 50 meters walk, you'll find a supermarket, open from 08:00 in the morning to 02:00 at night selling day fresh products. There’s a bakery just around the other corner.



Moraira is a 60 minute drive from Alicante airport, and 80 minutes drive from Valencia airport. Lots of car rental companies at both airports.



Denia, Javea, Calpe, Altea and also Benidorm are only a short drive away.



MORAIRA

Moraira has three sandy beaches, popular with families.

Playa L'Ampolla at the edge of the village center, has a small playground and a nice pavilion for drinks and a bite to eat.

Playa El Portet - nestled in a bay, offering some small restaurants and terraces. At a very pretty 1500m walk along the seaside, from Moraira town. Playa l'Andrago is a 1500m walk in the opposite direction, along the coastal road.

The many rocky coves, little bays and inlets, are the perfect recipe for attracting marine life and are frequented by snorkelers and scuba divers. The cove of Cap Blanc is one of these creeks where you can enjoy sun-bathing and at the same time water sports like fishing and diving.



The village has everything a resort needs, including a marina, sailing school, professional diving center, supermarkets, restaurants in all price ranges, cafes, and many terraces. The beaches of Moraira were all awarded the blue flag of the EU. The climate is considered by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest climates in the world.



Moraira has a very pleasant Mediterranean climate with hot dry summers, and temperatures are also quite pleasant during the rest of the year. Sunshine more than three hundred days a year, for the greater part of the day and only about forty to fifty days precipitation. The pretty mild climate in the winter months is due to the relatively warm sea and the mountains west of the Costa Blanca that hold a lot of depressions and cold fronts. Because of this Moraira is very suitable as a destination to hibernate.

We loved our week at Pat’s place in the lovely town of Moraira. Starting with the warm communication and personal welcome from Pat and Tim, through the well designed, spotless living space, the many thoughtful touches such as welcome drinks and snacks to the amazing terrace this is a great place to relax in. Pat and Tim have really thought about what holidaymakers need to make their holiday perfect. There is the added bonus of a lovely shared pool which is another positive! Do not hesitate: My wife and I have just returned to the UK from Moraira Atico. First of all: The Hosts; Pat and Tim are absolutely lovely and friendly, very approachable people ; and they guided us throughout the whole journey from booking to meeting us on arrival to the day of our departure. (We have never done AirBnB before.) With out doubt the large south/west facing terrace is unbelievable for relaxing and eating along with having additional outside kitchen and BBQ area. Sun shade over the whole terrace is a massive plus in the hight of summer. The apartment location in the middle of the town having lots of nice eating places and shops plus nearby supermarkets; along with an easy walk to beach and marina.:Ap 5min walk The apartment is fully equipped with all you need for an amazing holiday Its is fully furnished and very clean and tidy. Very much a beach theme with neutral and calm colours throughout. Note: slept very well the beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend

“Wonderful apartment”
We stayed at the apartment owned by Pat and Tim for two weeks in June and had a fantastic time. It is so well located a very short stroll from the main square of Moraira and the rest of the town. The apartment has a huge terrace which does indeed get the sun from morning until night and the electric sun shades are a bonus for when a respite from the sun is required. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Moraira is a great base from which to explore the Costa Blanca and we will certainly return to this area.

Great location.
Great location,close to shops etc only down side is you are at the heart of the town and as such you get the noise of the town. 3 minutes walk to great beach. Very good apartment fabulous outside area with bbq sink and fridge, clean and well looked after, the owner Pat is friendly and always willing to help. Moraira is a compact town with many shops, restaurants, sofisticated and a pleasure to visit.

Just perfect !
Perfect location, minutes flat/level walk to center of town and the beach. Lovely village to walk around a bit and lots of smart terraces for lounging and chilling. Penthouse is exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Comfy beds, good working aircon. Parking place comes in handy, opposite the lift that takes you straight to apartment. Owners were very friendly, helpful and on hand if needed. Nothing to wish for, just perfect for our needs. Would book again, without hesitation.

Atico H, een plek om terug te komen
Atico H is een appartement midden in het centrum van Moraira waar supermarkt en bakker zich op 30 meter afstand bevinden. Het is goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien en het is daar dan ook goed vertoeven. Nadeel is dat de woonkamer erg klein is. Maar bij de eerste zonnestralen kan de glazen schuifpui open en wordt het fantastische buitenterras van 80 m2 met buitenkeuken bij de woonkamer betrokken en compenseert dit de afmeting van de woonkamer volledig. Over eigenaren Pat en Tim niets dan lof. Mochten er calamiteiten of vragen zijn dan reageren zij onmiddellijk en proberen direct een oplossing te vinden. Ook een plek in de ondergrondse parkeergarage is een pluspunt.

Ik kan me voorstellen dat het formaat van de woonkamer meer meetelt als je - zoals jullie - tijdens de winterperiode 6 weken in het appartement verblijft, dan wanneer je er 1 of 2 weken in de zomer bent. In de winter maak je nu eenmaal minder gebruik van de buiten faciliteiten, zoals het terras, de buitenkeuken en het zwembad. Tenslotte toch de speerpunten van Atico H. In het voorjaar en de zomer heb je daar meer profijt van. In ieder geval fijn bevestigd te zien dat jullie toch hebben genoten van de overwintering in Atico H. Heerlijk appartement met enorm dakterras extensie
Wij hebben in augustus/september twee fantastische weken doorgebracht in Atico H, midden in het centrum van bruisend Moraira. Heerlijk! We raden het iedereen aan. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars en konden de auto kwijt in de garage, vlak bij de lift. Zo bleef de auto lekker koel! Het appartement is splinternieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. De supermarkt en bakker bevinden zich op nog geen 50 meter afstand, om de hoek. Ideaal om iedere ochtend met verse warme broodjes te ontbijten. 's Morgens zetten we de grote schuifpui open, waardoor binnen doorloopt in buiten. Koffie in de loungehoek en ontbijt aan de grote eettafel op het super zonnige buitenterras. In ons geval moest de elektrisch bedienbare zonwering 's morgens meteen al uit haha. Wat een luxe! Heerlijk om zo je vakantie door te brengen 😎De bedden zijn comfortabel en iedere slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer. Dat vonden wij wel een voordeel. Je loopt elkaar niet in de weg. In 5 minuutjes loop je naar het strand, gezellig door het dorp. En na een stranddag even plonzen in het zwembad, afspoelen onder de douche en klaar voor de avond. Als je de straat uitloopt heb je meteen veel leuke bars met terrasjes en restaurantjes en het is overal gezellig druk. Pat en Tim waren altijd bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker terug. They offered lots of recommendations and were always contactable throughout the stay, if needed. Apartment was a brilliant location to the beautiful Moraira town. Everything was in walking distance. Overall a fabulous holiday.

We loved our week at Pat’s place in the lovely town of Moraira. Starting with the warm communication and personal welcome from Pat and Tim, through the well designed, spotless living space, the many thoughtful touches such as welcome drinks and snacks to the amazing terrace this is a great place to relax in. Pat and Tim have really thought about what holidaymakers need to make their holiday perfect. There is the added bonus of a lovely shared pool which is another positive! Do not hesitate: My wife and I have just returned to the UK from Moraira Atico. First of all: The Hosts; Pat and Tim are absolutely lovely and friendly, very approachable people ; and they guided us throughout the whole journey from booking to meeting us on arrival to the day of our departure. (We have never done AirBnB before.) With out doubt the large south/west facing terrace is unbelievable for relaxing and eating along with having additional outside kitchen and BBQ area. Sun shade over the whole terrace is a massive plus in the hight of summer. The apartment location in the middle of the town having lots of nice eating places and shops plus nearby supermarkets; along with an easy walk to beach and marina.:Ap 5min walk The apartment is fully equipped with all you need for an amazing holiday Its is fully furnished and very clean and tidy. Very much a beach theme with neutral and calm colours throughout. Note: slept very well the beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend

“Wonderful apartment”

We stayed at the apartment owned by Pat and Tim for two weeks in June and had a fantastic time. It is so well located a very short stroll from the main square of Moraira and the rest of the town. The apartment has a huge terrace which does indeed get the sun from morning until night and the electric sun shades are a bonus for when a respite from the sun is required. The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Moraira is a great base from which to explore the Costa Blanca and we will certainly return to this area.

“Lovely apartment, great location!”

Stayed here for just over a week with my family and apartment was perfect for our holiday. Great outdoor bbq , dining area and modern Finish throughout the property. Location was ideal, close to all bars, restaurants, beach and owners Pat & Tim where very welcoming when we arrived.

Great location.

Great location,close to shops etc only down side is you are at the heart of the town and as such you get the noise of the town. 3 minutes walk to great beach. Very good apartment fabulous outside area with bbq sink and fridge, clean and well looked after, the owner Pat is friendly and always willing to help. Moraira is a compact town with many shops, restaurants, sofisticated and a pleasure to visit.

Helaas alweer de laatste dag van de vakantie in dit heerlijke appartement met prachtig ruim dakterras. Alles is fris en nieuw eerlijke verhuurders die goed bereikbaar zijn en snel reageren op vragen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug

Just perfect !

Perfect location, minutes flat/level walk to center of town and the beach. Lovely village to walk around a bit and lots of smart terraces for lounging and chilling. Penthouse is exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Comfy beds, good working aircon. Parking place comes in handy, opposite the lift that takes you straight to apartment. Owners were very friendly, helpful and on hand if needed. Nothing to wish for, just perfect for our needs. Would book again, without hesitation.

Atico H, een plek om terug te komen

Atico H is een appartement midden in het centrum van Moraira waar supermarkt en bakker zich op 30 meter afstand bevinden. Het is goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien en het is daar dan ook goed vertoeven. Nadeel is dat de woonkamer erg klein is. Maar bij de eerste zonnestralen kan de glazen schuifpui open en wordt het fantastische buitenterras van 80 m2 met buitenkeuken bij de woonkamer betrokken en compenseert dit de afmeting van de woonkamer volledig. Over eigenaren Pat en Tim niets dan lof. Mochten er calamiteiten of vragen zijn dan reageren zij onmiddellijk en proberen direct een oplossing te vinden. Ook een plek in de ondergrondse parkeergarage is een pluspunt.

Ik kan me voorstellen dat het formaat van de woonkamer meer meetelt als je - zoals jullie - tijdens de winterperiode 6 weken in het appartement verblijft, dan wanneer je er 1 of 2 weken in de zomer bent. In de winter maak je nu eenmaal minder gebruik van de buiten faciliteiten, zoals het terras, de buitenkeuken en het zwembad. Tenslotte toch de speerpunten van Atico H. In het voorjaar en de zomer heb je daar meer profijt van.
In ieder geval fijn bevestigd te zien dat jullie toch hebben genoten van de overwintering in Atico H. We hopen jullie volgende winter weer te mogen begroeten. Hartelijke groet, T&P

Heerlijk appartement met enorm dakterras extensie

Wij hebben in augustus/september twee fantastische weken doorgebracht in Atico H, midden in het centrum van bruisend Moraira. Heerlijk! We raden het iedereen aan. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars en konden de auto kwijt in de garage, vlak bij de lift. Zo bleef de auto lekker koel! Het appartement is splinternieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. De supermarkt en bakker bevinden zich op nog geen 50 meter afstand, om de hoek. Ideaal om iedere ochtend met verse warme broodjes te ontbijten. 's Morgens zetten we de grote schuifpui open, waardoor binnen doorloopt in buiten. Koffie in de loungehoek en ontbijt aan de grote eettafel op het super zonnige buitenterras. In ons geval moest de elektrisch bedienbare zonwering 's morgens meteen al uit haha. Wat een luxe! Heerlijk om zo je vakantie door te brengen 😎De bedden zijn comfortabel en iedere slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer. Dat vonden wij wel een voordeel. Je loopt elkaar niet in de weg. In 5 minuutjes loop je naar het strand, gezellig door het dorp. En na een stranddag even plonzen in het zwembad, afspoelen onder de douche en klaar voor de avond. Als je de straat uitloopt heb je meteen veel leuke bars met terrasjes en restaurantjes en het is overal gezellig druk. Pat en Tim waren altijd bereikbaar en erg behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker terug.
