Keep trap on the kitchen sink drain to prevent food from clogging the pipes.

Keep window and doors closed when away from the house.

Please rinse dishes before placing in dishwasher.

Remove garbage daily.

Smoking is permitted in courtyard area only, please keep fames away from terrace (couch is flammable).

Keep close eye on kids and pets while on terrace.

Please respect neighbors. Keep noise down between 21:00-7:00.

Keep washing machine doors open after use to dry out the interior of the machine.

Please respect the property and pick up after your pet.

Report any damages and or breakages in a timely manner.

No unregistered overnight guests.

Paddle boards are to be used at your own risk (2 Life jackets provided)

Street parking. Guests & visitors should comply with local parking regulation.

Just like in other parts of Europe, our old town sanitation has limits. We ask for a minimal toilet paper use (it’s not because we’re cheap). If you feel the water drainage has slow down, please let us know. It’s an easy fix (we will have to access the courtyard) Garbage bin for used paper provided

kitchen towels and basic essentials like salt/ pepper, cooking oil (olive), herbs, dish soap, Air Fryer, espresso machine, bowls ect.

Feel free to use washing machine (leave door open for a while to dry out the interior after wash)

Do you want to cut your drying time? Use a dehumidifier in the room your clothes are drying to help remove moisture 3x quicker!

We recommend throwing toilet paper into garbage bin, or using smaller amount, just like in other parts of Europe, our old town sanitation system have limits.
