Perfect beach cottage for an adult getaway or two families with kids.

Enter the main floor from your front decks and the space opens up to the great room with living area, dining space and fully-equipped kitchen.

This main level has two bedrooms... one with a king bed and full private bath and the other with a twin-over-full bunk plus a separate twin. There is a full bath in the hallway, plus the laundry room.

The rear deck is off the kitchen and is perfect for sunsets and overlooking the pool.

Upstairs there is an identical setup to below... one king room with full private bath and another room with a twin-over-full bunk plus a separate twin. There is also another full bath in the hallway.

Ground-level below the house provides wonderful space for the hot tub, outdoor shower, charcoal BBQ grill, hammocks, hanging daybed, corn hole, picnic table, and plenty of space for games. Horses come by most days.

No parking allowed under the house is allowed, all cars must stay on the sand.

The pool is maintained May through October and has an awesome heater that can be heated for a $300 weekly fee. Please check with Marty (owner/host) to confirm availability.

Doggos are welcome! $250 for the first and $100 for each additional. Please address this with Marty if you have any questions or want do discuss. Fees will be applied upon arrival for multiple animals as appropriate.

Getting around

Splash of Lime is at Mile Marker 22 and the entrance to the beach is at Mile Marker 13, so you will have 9 MILES of beach driving to navigate in order to get to the house. A true 4WD vehicle is best.

Air-down your tires before the pavement ends at The Historic Corolla Park by the lighthouse. Tire pressure is best at 15-20 psi even with 4WD. Do this before the 4x4 beach entrance ramp. Air-up here on your home.

There are very few street signs, no street lights, and no traffic signals/signs on the sand. Once you are off the main beach and on the "back roads", the north/south traffic ALWAYS has right-of-way, so stop at every intersection when you're going east/west, like on Bonita.

It is best to arrive at lower tide during day light. I use an app called "Tides Near Me" and use Sandbridge as the closest measurement point to get the latest tide info.

Once you've turned off the beach, you will cross Sandfiddler, then turn right on Sandpiper. The house is second on the left.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 2PM - 4PM

Check-in: We will do our very best to have you into the house by 3pm on your arrival day, possibly earlier, also possibly later. Check-out: Please plan to be out of the house by 9am in order for us to prepare the house properly for the next guest. Please communicate with Marty about any special needs or circumstances and we'll do our best to assist.

House Rules

This is a non-smoking house! There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the home, and failure to clean up any cigarette butts from around the property may result in forfeiture of deposit.

Payment Policy

10% due at booking. Remainder due 90-days prior to check-in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit of $500 is held until after check out. Any cleaning or damage beyond normal use may result in some or all of the deposit being kept, otherwise the full $500 will be refunded within 1 week of check-out.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. No refunds for weather or storms.
