Welcome to our home located at the beautiful Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Our home features eight uniquely decorated bedrooms; three king-size master suites and five themed bedrooms. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the upstairs loft bringing the total sleeping occupancy to 22 guests. This home also features a private pool/spa, covered lanai, and gameroom. Guests will also have full access to the amenities at Windsor at Westside resort.

Thank you for booking your stay direct with us, the homeowner, doing so helps save you and us from unnecessary third-party booking fees. Additionally, we also offer weekly/monthly discounts and a 10% discount for stays booked six months in advance. Upon confirmation your reservation will be forwarded to our local professional property management company. They will be available to assist you 24/7 should any issues arise during your stay. We look forward to hosting you on your next Orlando vacation! We are a family of seven that enjoys traveling and exploring new places but our hearts are in Florida. We have two properties available for rent; a four bedroom townhouse at Storey Lake resort and an eight bedroom house at Windsor at Westside resort. Both resorts offer amazing amenities which we are sure that you will enjoy as much as we do.

Since we live out of state we utilize a local property management company to take care of our homes. Upon receiving your request we will confirm that your dates are available and transfer the booking to the property manager. They will be available to you 24/7 should you have any issues during your stay.

-Trash is picked up daily by the HOA. Trash must be bagged in 13-gallon bags and placed in the outside cart. Loose items in the cart will result in a fine from the HOA.

Payment Policy

A deposit of $400 USD is required to book your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

The refundable damage deposit, if applicable, will be refunded within 10 days of departure provided that there are no damages to property.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation may be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund minus $400 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations 59-31 days prior to arrival will be refunded 50% of total reservation amount.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will only be refunded for any applicable cleaning, pool heat or BBQ rental fees. All other amounts will be forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
