Beautifully decorated 1st-floor condo with all-new furnishings and coastal décor. Just minutes walk to the beach and you’ll be relaxing for sure. Reserved parking, washer/dryer, full kitchen, smart TVs, and WiFi provide all the comforts of home. Outside space includes a year-round pool and grilling area. Blissful relaxation comes easy in this family-friendly condo complex with only 14 units. Beach memories begin here in our Nautical/Beach-themed 2 bd and 2 full bath condo. Ample room to spread out with an open floor plan of 900 sqft of space which is much larger than most other condos.

*Kitchen/appliances: Fully stocked with microwave, stove, coffeemaker, refrigerator & freezer, portable ice maker, dishwasher, various utensils, flatware, pots, pans, cups, and plates to make meals a breeze for those days you don't want to go out.

*Laundry: Stacked washer and dryer.

*Parking: 2 cars per stay. 1 assigned spot included with 7 first come first serve spots in the parking lot.

Driving: Minutes drive to Downtown Gulf Shores shops, stores, restaurants, the Hangout, rentals, activities, and so much more. Just over 5 miles to the picturesque grounds of Gulf State Park Pier and 7 miles to Adventure Island Amusement Park.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Entry keypad: Enter your code sent to you. You should hear a beep after each digit is pushed and green light will light up. Please write down your code, put it in your phone, or use some other method to remember this code to avoid becoming locked out.

Parking: Park your vehicle in spot #6. Parking pass(es) can be found on the kitchen counter and must be hung from the rear-view mirror of the vehicle. Max 2 cars. If needed there are extra spots that are not marked to park in.

Primary renter must be 25 years or older though all ages are welcome to stay.

Payment Policy

Reservation must be paid in full at time of booking to hold. Dates will remain open for others to book until paid in full.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Damage deposit is for accidental damage if incurred during your stay. Deposit will be returned within 7 days of stay end if not needed and may not encompass entire repair costs.

Cancellation Policy

100% refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in date with exception of $100 processing fee.

Notes

Must be 25 years old to book. No smoking, no pets, no parties strictly enforced. No more than booking guest count overnight during stay. Failure to follow smoking, pet, party, or guest count rules will result in loss of remaining booking with no refund and a $400 fee.
