Just steps away from the ski slopes at the Summit, you can find, this versatile studio condo. It is a winter delight! Free resort shuttle service is available for short rides to Schuss Mtn. Cedar River and into town. So park your car and leave the transportation to us. Enjoy breakfast at the Lake View Hotel, just steps away. Then spend the day on the slopes or tubing with the kids at the Summit! Later, take some time to relax in the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, or maybe, stop by Sarducci's for dinner. Then finally stretch out on a California King Size bed, to put your feet up and relax. This studio condo has a small living area and coffee table and can be used as a cozy little suite for two. Or use the versatility of the bunk beds and leather futon couch to provide plenty of space for 2 more couples or a few kids. You can use the coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge to heat and store your snacks.

We are “pet friendly” and often bring our 4 legged furry friends with us when we stay. People with well behaved dogs are welcome and people with pet allergies should take note. We always have a great time when we visit the resort and are happy to help you do the same. Private Wi-Fi, Digital steaming TV, ROKU, Blu-Ray player and radio provide the “down time” entertainment. Everything we needed

Property was crystal clean, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the private beach club and the swimming pool! Kat was so friendly and helpful! Even switched out our grill for a better one. Much appreciated!

Great stay!

Cozy and quaint

Check in was a breeze, we loved how close it was to anything. Short ride into Bellaire for a good dinner at Shorts Brewing. We loved having pool and hot tub access after a long day on the snow and it was a short two minute walk to the building!! Overall a great experience!

We felt so at home there.

We had everything we needed right down to the twist ties in the drawer. One thing u should know. The sheets wouldn’t stay tucked down on the corners.they keep coming off. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay. And it was so nice talking with Kathy sorry we missed u. Thank u for everything. 🤗

Wonderful place!

We stayed here for a family ski trip. Two adults and two kids, aged 7 and 9. The space is laid out with a great deal of care to maximize the square footage. The kitchen somehow has everything you need in a very small footprint. Several nice and thoughtful touches throughout. It's a short walk to the shuttle pickup location, which is right next to the tubing hill. We had no trouble with parking. Overall, we would not hesitate to book again.

great place for ski vacation

Great option for ski trip. Room was perfect for my family (wife and 2 kids) and is located just a few steps across the parking lot from Lakeview Hotel. Room was clean and bedding seemed new. Easy access to SCR shuttle system and pool at hotel. Nice option if you are looking for a value based option over standard hotel room.

Excellent

We actually stayed in these rooms twice this month. We had reserved for our annual trip to Shanty Creek. In the mean time we had a loss in the family. I sent the owner a text and asked if we could stay that weekend for a funeral. He was exceptionally compassionate and bent over backwards to be sure my family and I were accommodated. It made a rough weekend less stressful. The rooms not only met all of our needs, but came equipped with a lot of extras. These owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We slept 6 in the room comfortably with our dog. The rooms were clean. The view was absolutely beautiful. I will be keeping Shanty Shawn stored in my phone for our future visits. We most certainly will be returning.

We are a NW Michigan couple who love to ski, hike, golf and fish. When we are lucky enough to get away from Traverse City, we try to spend our time at Shanty Creek, in Bellaire, MI. When we can't be there, we we want someone else to enjoy our condos. That's where our guests come in. We aren't trying to get rich. We just want some help with the maintenance cost, without the headaches of a timeshare. We are also dog friendly and often bring our four legged furry friends with us. See you at the Lake View!
