Our vacation home and your 4 bedroom Keystone condo rental is located in the Gateway Mountain Lodge, a short 250-yard walk, or 30 second shuttle ride to the entrance of River Run Village where you'll catch the gondola at Keystone Resort in Summit County, Colorado.

GreatRentalKeystone is a deluxe two story penthouse condo that offers easy access to year round Resort vacation activities including: skiing, golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, rafting, climbing, sailing, tennis, shopping, fine dining, and others.

The Gateway at Keystone has excellent vacation condo facilities including an indoor heated pool with mountain views, a large hot tub, and a conference room. Also located in the building for your convenience: Serenity Day Massage & Spa Center, Wine/ Beverage Shop, Haywood Cafe sports bar, restaurant, Ski/Board Rental Store/Shop, and a Local Museum. It’s a perfect vacation rental condo for your stay at Keystone Resort Colorado!

You'll be very comfortable in this large condo. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathroom, flat screen TVs and DVD players. Towels and linens are provided.

Nice Condo close to River Run Village and the rest of Summit County. Condo is right on Highway 6 so some evening/ night road noise. Pool and hot tub were great and convenience store was helpful.

Perfect spot for a large group

Eight of us spent four nights in this spacious condo close to the gondola in Keystone. Plenty of beds and room for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a crowd.

We had 7 adults and 3 children stay at Guy's place in Keystone. It was roomy and comfortable, and all the skiers loved catching the shuttle in front of the building. Each bedroom had an on-suite bathroom, perfect for our large group. The skiers enjoyed the hot tub located on the first floor and would recommend using before 4:30 p.m. The hot tub does tend to get busy. There were a couple of issues and Guy responded promptly. An easy walk to Keystone Village where all the shops are located and we highly recommend that the non-skiers take the gondola to the top of the mountain. It is pricey, but the view is beautiful and you can even take your own food/drinks. We had a great stay and can't beat the location.

A great stay

The location couldn't be better. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the gondola which allowed our group a lot of flexibility with different amounts of stamina and enthusiasm for snowboarding. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked. The unit is so spacious with each bedroom having its own full bath...a luxury that made it easy for two families to be together. We were excited to use the amenities like the pool and hot tub but were a little overwhelmed by the amount of chlorine in both and weren't able to stay as long as we would have liked. All in all, a wonderful base for us as we boarded Keystone!

Great location. Just a 6 minute walk to the ski lifts. Ski rental and liquor store downstairs from the apartment. Everyone gets a bathroom which is great. Really happy overall with the rental. Keystone is a good ski mountain with plenty of skiable terrain.

Great ski week.

We had a really nice stay in this 4 bedroom condo near River Run Village. Condo was well appointed and communication with owner was easy. Short 5 min walk to the village for restaurants and shopping. It's another couple minutes to the Gondola, but not bad. Not ski in/ski out, but not advertised that way. Check your skis overnight next to the Gondola and the walk is easy. Never needed our car during the week. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to bring a large family! Super clean and well maintained living space. Each bedroom has views of the mountain and comfortable beds. We also loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for making family meals including desserts. The pool and hot tub were just a short inside walk away. Walking to the River Run Gondola made it easy for afternoon lunch breaks before heading back out to the mountain. Guy is easy to work with and very helpful. Definitely recommend his condominium if you are planning a mountain retreat!

Large professionally managed rental

The property is close to the gondola and Peru lifts. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook and serve a large family. All bathroom necessities are provided. Common area pool and hot tub are very useful to relax after a day of skiing. Note that the building provides only one grill for all residents.

From the airport, most people rent a car and park in the enclosed parking under the building.
You can walk to the slopes or use the shuttle that stops at the front door of our building multiple times per hour.
Here are also shuttle options from the airport that charge per person in case someone needs to arrive late and leave early for the airport.

Minimum age is 26 unless accompanied by parent.
Full Rental Agreement must be signed and returned to complete the reservation.

Max occupancy is 12 people+crib unless pre-approved by me.
This is combination of adults and children.
We require all guests to be 26 years of age unless accompanied
by their parent.
Please try to not eat any food/snacks in bedrooms.

Condo Use License Terms and Agreement:

1. Rates subject to change until reserved via first payment.
2. Payor must be present during stay.
3. All reservations add (i) Cleaning charge:$(ii) Accidental Damage Waiver up to $1500 (non-willful)
4. Minimum Night Stay Reservation Requirements unless Waived or if a smaller “calendar hole” exists:
Christmas and New Year's weeks: 6nt minimum, Jan-Mid-Feb: 4 night minimum, Mid-Feb-Mar: 5 night minimum
Summer & Fall: 3 night minimum. Saturday arrivals preferable.
5. All children welcome, Adult Guests must be at least 26 years old.
6. Please add refundable $500 breach/security/damage/extra cleaning deposit.
Note- extra cleaning charges ($50/hr) will only be applicable and determined by our sole discretion, if it is determined to be beyond typical cleaning time by our cleaning service.
a. Any damaged, soiled or broken items Must be reported during visit to enable our attention.
7. Maximum 16 people allowed occupancy, combined occupying or persons visiting unit or using buildings facilities by guests.
8. NO Smoking, vaping, or Pets Allowed in condo building or unit.
9. Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. ($100/hour for non-written authorized exceptions)
10. Non-written authorized violations on any terms above forfeits full deposit plus additional $501 Service Charge.
11. If dispute arises, Owner may terminate Agreement at his discretion.
12. This Agreement establishes that Guest is NOT a tenant and NOT subject to the landlord / tenant rights.
13. Guests are liable for all losses and damages regardless of length of stay or deposit amount, and agree to settle disputes at Guy Schlacter’s chosen court locale (anywhere in the USA), waiving their right of service.

Payment Policy

Payment and Cancellation Terms Agreement:
1. Deposit of 50% and Signed Agreement confirms reservation upon receipt.
2. Balance due 2 months prior to check-in, reservation cancelled if not received.
3. Cancellation charges prior to check-in:
<2 months sorry no deposits or payments refunded
>2 months 50% cancellation charge of entire reservation
4. Security/damage deposit refunded within 30 days of check-out.
5. IMPORTANT: We are but a small family owned vacation rental and cannot easily write off lost income from cancellations. Once reserved, the condo is taken off the availability list for your dates and all respective inquiries turned away. If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation or interruption, we strongly suggest that You Take Responsibility for This Risk and Obtain Trip Travel Insurance for any cancellation/ interruption of your Trip.
· This Agreement supercedes all cancellation rights for any reasons, including extenuating circumstances, or any clauses for cancellation guest rights provided Guest by any other booking or referral website.
· Owner is not responsible for disruption and does not provide any refunds for any acts of god; any random, normal-use or unpredicted mechanical problems that might disrupt or inconvenience stay; illness, or death in family. All efforts will be made in good faith to rectify any such occurrences without owner incurring unreasonable additional expense, nor expectation of refund to the Guest.
· Some, but not all trip insurance companies are: InsureMyTrip.com, csatravelprotection.com, SkyMed.com, TravelGuard.com, or TravelProtect.com. Many insurance carriers can be found on the web searching "trip insurance."
6. Additional Payment or deposit refund cancellation AUTHORIZATION: I understand and consent to the use of the credit card, PayPal or any other Guest account provided without original signature on the charge slip, that this signed agreement or online version where the IP Address or account used for online booking of this rental will serve as an original, and that this Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 90 days after leased premises are vacated. Charges may include: unauthorized long distance telephone and satellite TV charges; damages beyond normal wear and tear; missing keys or other items discovered even after deposit was refunded by delayed information or deterministic discovery. Charges may be deducted from deposit or new charge to cc.

Cancel up to 60 days before check in and get a 50% refund of Total Reservation.
Cancel within 60 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
