No expenses were spared on this beautifully decorated suite! Newly renovated in fall 2019 and located in the famous Millwork District. The Loft is ideal for 1 couple but can sleep up to 4. It’s the perfect romantic getaway or business destination. The unit has 1 king size bed, 2 full baths, a kitchen, gas fireplace and 2 spacious living areas. There is a private hot tub on the deck and is within walking distance of downtown Dubuque. We hope you enjoy, relax and rejuvenate during your stay.
The Loft is ideal for one couple but can sleep 4 people. This unit has a transitional modern style and has abundant space to relax in. It features 3 tv’s-one in the master bedroom and one in each of the two living areas. The unit's entry point is on the second floor but has two levels within the unit itself. The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen, the deck with a hot tub, a living area with a gas fireplace and a full bathroom. The upstairs has an additional living area with pull out couch, a full bath including a rain head shower and a master bedroom furnished with a king size bed.

We absolutely love staying here! It is the perfect setting and location for a couples weekend. Many places in walking distance. The hot tub on the balcony is so cool! And this time, I forgot something and the owner was absolutely amazing and mailed it back to me!!! Cannot recommend more and we will be back!

we loved our stay.very clean .communication was awesome and responded right away with helping us find the parking where we were supposed to park.loved the coffee shop. the only thing is we live in the country and hearing the train was abit hard to sleep .would definitely recommend this place.

Staying at The Loft was a pleasure and a privilege. Jenn was kind enough to accept our reservation on short notice, and her messages to us were timely and helpful, with address/parking/entry directions, info about nearby places for coffee and drinks, a check-in to make sure everything was going well (it definitely was!), and so on. The building and apartment are lovely. She has supplied The Loft with everything a traveler would need, and it's a charming place to spend time. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub, and we slept well in the comfortable bed. Everything in The Loft is as described/presented on this site, and we would gladly stay there again.

Jenn's place was very cute and fits its description! Conveniently located above a coffeehouse and walkable to local restaurants. Everything was clean and easy to find in the loft. Jenn gives their guests two drink tokens for the coffee house and I wasn't able to find them when we first checked in. I contacted Jenn and she was so prompt in responding that we got drink tokens delivered to us within the hour! Jenn's communication was very prompt and proactive. The hot tub in the winter was very much a plus! It was a pleasant stay.

Great place. Location allowed us to visit all the local sites easily. Within walking distance to restaurants, farmers market, and donuts (Habits Donuts was amazing!). Parking was very convenient and easy to find. Directions on how to find the building were very detailed. The neighborhood felt very safe for my son and myself. Loved having a hot tub for the unit. The place was very clean and well cared for. Exactly what we expected. Jenn was very friendly.
