Welcome to Pack Up Cove. A newly updated modern home with beautiful views of Lake Lanier from your single slip dock or even from one of the decks. We are minutes away from the new Lake Lanier Olympic Park rowing venue and event center. Downtown is also just a short drive away with all the shops and restaurants you need. Plenty of parking for family and your boat trailer. Then you step into the newly renovated home. The gorgeous foyer welcomes you along with a ½ bath. You will then step in to the open concept living area complete with stunning Atlanta Skyscaper windows to give you a beautiful sunset view over the water. The new emerald green tiled kitchen has all the small appliances you need along with gas grill for making gourmet dinners or order the best takeout.
Off the kitchen is on the main floor is a queen master suite with smart tv and attached en suite with tile shower. After watching that Georgia sunset from the deck retreat to the other side on the main floor with a king bedroom with smart tv and en suite with elegant soaking tub, towel warmer, and tile shower. This room also has a door to the deck.
The basement sleeping area includes a kid’s sleeping area with 2 twin beds with trundles, another queen bed, and a pull out sofa if needed. There is also another larger newly renovated shower for this area.
For those few rainy days, the basement has an extra large smart tv, foosball table, gaming table, and a vintage Pac Man arcade game. There are books and games and even an art easel to help keep everyone entertained.
Take the short, sloped walk or the easier long path to your single slip dock with kayaks for guest use.
Needing a boat rental? Upon a booking you will receive our digital guidebook with will have some contact numbers for a friend that does a deeply discounted rental to our guests, based on availability. There are also some other folks that offer deals to just for our guests.
We love to host gatherings but we are not a party house. We do have permanent residents so we have strict quiet hours of 11pm-7am.
