Ryan was a very helpful and responsive host. The home was clean, roomy and cute. I personally loved all the light fixtures (random, I know but they were eclectic and cool). Kitchen was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, rooms were a good size. We all slept comfortably. Check in and out was extremely easy and we appreciated Ryan’s flexibility on check in day. It was also nice that there were streaming services available on the living room tv. Our only concern was with the lack of handrail on the stairs to the upper level.

Wonderful stay, such a cute place! Had a fun mini girls weekend and we just had a great time. Only gave a 4/5 star because the lack of railing on the stairs is nerve wracking and slightly dangerous, especially when going to the bathroom (downstairs) at night. Overall would recommend!

Policies and Rules

Guests are given the home address and a their own keypad code for the front door.

House Rules

--No parties or events are allowed.

--No additional guests or pets beyond those included in your reservation are allowed at the property. There is a $250 fine per person or pet violating this rule. Your reservation will also be subject to be terminated for violating this policy.

--Please take off your shoes at the door

--Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside. A $200 fee is charged if smoke is detected inside the property after checkout.

—No eating in the bedrooms

-If the property is left excessively dirty and more than 2 hours of cleaning is required, an additional fee of $100 per hour will be charged.

Payment Policy

Payment is accepted through Zelle and Venmo for no charge.
Payments through Stripe using a credit card will include a 3% processing fee.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A standard security (damage) deposit of $150 is collected for each stay to protect against damages to the property. This deposit is fully refunded within 2 days of checkout if there's no damage to the property or furnishings.

If damage is found, guests will be notified with photos, and will be responsible for paying for the replacement or repair.

If excessive cleaning becomes necessary beyond the standard 2 hour cleaning procedure, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If you have any questions, please notify me before making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days in advance of reservation dates.
No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of reservation dates.
