The location was beautiful and the host was very kind. They had indoor and outdoor games available to play. It was a wonderful set up and I would greatly recommend it to others.

Our extended family of 10 stayed at Rockin Porch for Christmas. The home was exactly as represented in the listing, very clean, well-appointed and comfortable for our group. The bedrooms were very spacious. We all agreed that each bedroom having an en-suite bathroom was a real bonus. Dana was a very responsive, helpful host. Carlton Landing is a beautiful spot with lovely vistas of the lake. Despite the rainy weather, we enjoyed daily walks, a dip in the hot tub and some pickleball play.

I absolutely recommend Rockin Porch for family gatherings! We had three families with kids from infant to 9 and had a blast. The home is beautiful inside and out, spotless, stylish and spacious. Thoughtfully designed bedrooms had space for whole families and the kitchen had everything you need. We loved the games and huge round family table for meals together and Thanksgiving dinner, along with gorgeous porches, lake and beach, trails, grassy open areas, pickleball, firepit, rented golf cart and more! An amazing vacation!

The house was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The porch, fire pit, and yard area were perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed s’mores, family games, and the Olympics. The kitchen was well stocked…only knock is we could have really used an outdoor grill :). The access to the pool and pickleball courts were easy and convenient. This is the perfect house to spend great family time together and enjoy all Carlton’s Landing has to offer.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

We are so excited to host you at Rockin’ Porch. Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out time is 11 am. I will send you the entry code on check-in day for our door. We will have all the passwords you will need for the internet and the TV’s in a binder once you arrive. We also will have recommendations on where to eat and what to do around Carlton Landing.
