Getting around

The Riverwood neighborhood is very golf cart friendly. You may find yourself carting up to Champions retreat, picking up some groceries at Publix, or grabbing a Starbucks. Whichever way, you’ll find the access to be very convenient. You are welcome to bring your own golf cart, or if you would like to rent one during your stay, send us a message and we will try to accommodate your needs. This townhouse has 3 designated off-the-street parking spots.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check-in Instructions will be sent to you two days prior to arrival. Once your check-in time has arrived, you will have access to enter the home using the Yale electronic key pad on the front door. Your check-in instructions will include a 4 digit code to use to unlock the door, which will also be the last four digits of your telephone number. Please note that your code will not work until 4pm on your check-in date, and the code will expire at 10am on your check-out date.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 10am. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.

4. SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in or on any area of the Property, including individual units and common areas, both indoors and outdoors. This policy applies to all owners, tenants, or guests.
If the Tenant(s) contravenes this provision by smoking or allowing guests to smoke in any place on the property, then such Tenant(s) shall be held liable for any damages caused to the Property. The violation of this provision shall be considered a just cause for the eviction of the Tenant(s) by the Landlord.
This restriction includes the use of e-cigarettes and vaping.
