Sunny, spacious 3-bedroom apartment fit for royalty. This is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. Featuring modern appliances, historical artwork, and luxury decor. It's super accessible - just around the corner from the J/M/Z Flushing subway stop and only 20 minutes to lower Manhattan. It's also within walking distance to the grocery store, delis, bars, and restaurants.
The newly-renovated full-floor apartment has a really cool vibe with rich colors, plush Persian rugs, and dark mahogany floors and furnishings. Located on a quiet side street, just a block away from bustling Broadway, the train and car traffic is a subtle background noise. The Flushing Ave subway entrance is only two blocks away (3-minute walk), and from there you'll be in Manhattan in less than 20 minutes, and Midtown in 30. The apartment is on the third floor of a house.

With all that space, the apartment is comfortable for up to 8. There are 2 bedrooms on the north side of the house. The red bedroom has a full size bed, the larger (yellow) room has a queen bed and double-door closet. The south-facing bedroom has 2 full beds in a loft configuration, but the ceilings are so high that the lofted bed leaves plenty of head space for both beds. That room also has a double-door mirrored closet.

All the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are modern. The bathroom features four shower head options and a heated towel rack.

In the main living area, there's a great entertainment system (flat screen and sound bar, and the Roku has Netflix and Amazon Prime free to use by guests) and a desk by the window. There is a glass dining table with 3 chairs.

We do NOT allow any parties or events. The owners of the home live in another apartment inside the house so if you need anything your hosts are very nearby.
