Clean, renovated, modern PRIVATE 2BR DUPLEX GARDEN apartment in owner occupied 2 family house in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Soundproof lower level perfect for remote work. 1 block from the F, G and R trains 15 minutes to Manhattan. Lots of outdoor restaurants and shopping. Air conditioning in all rooms. New mattresses and furniture. Two 50 televisions, good wifi throughout. Lovely backyard space. Note there are STAIRS to the downstairs bedroom.Note that the lower level has NO WINDOWS, but has a full door to the backyard.
We have 2 non-shedding labradoodles.
