Beach Rental Pass Amenity!!! Home comes equipped with a beach rental pass available for your use that provides the following: - two beach chairs - beach table -beach umbrella and an additional item of your choice, whether it's an extra chair, umbrella, or cabana. ***The price for these items without a season pass is $85 per day!!*** You can use our beach rental pass as many times as you enjoy going to the beach during your stay! If you do not return this beach pass to the provided location, you will be charged a $150 fee. Damaged and/or Missing Amenities: We take great pride and care knowing that we have equipped our home with luxury items for your pleasure and comfort. If any items are found to be damaged or missing from our home, you will be charged accordingly for the damaged and/or missing amenity items. After each rental guest checks out, our cleaning service ensures to not only clean the home so it is ready for it's new guest, but they also do an inventory of all home amenities provided to ensure nothing has been damaged or missing. If something is found, a claim will be filed with Air BnB and you will be charged. Garbage: Grey bins is garbage. Blue bin is recycling. Cardboard is laid in between bins at curb. Collection for garbage is Wed & Sat. Recycling/cardboard is on Saturday. Please contact us in the case of any damages immediately so that we may quickly remedy the situation.
