3RD ROW FROM BEACH! - 5-minute walk to ALDER BEACH ACCESS

Two-bedroom, 1-bath - 2ND FLOOR unit in The Dunes, located in the heart of South Forest Beach. Queen bed in master, queen bed w/twin loft bed in 2nd bedroom, and sleeper sofa in living room. There is no elevator for this unit.

The Dunes is right next to the bike trails so you can park your car and walk/ride to everything – the beach, the restaurants & shops at Coligny, and the recently opened Low-Country Celebration Park. Experience everything Hilton Head has to offer in this prime location!

🏝 OUR VILLA IS JUST A SHORT 5-MINUTE WALK TO THE ALDER LANE BEACH ACCESS which has restrooms, showers, water fountains and the restaurant, Loggerhead Landing.

🍷 The excitement of Coligny Plaza is a 1 mile stroll away. Head over for some fine dining, live music, and a little shopping.

🎡 If you or the kids need to burn off some energy, head 3/4 mile down the road to the brand-new Low Country Celebration Park with wide-open spaces, walking trails, exercise equipment, and an amazing playground.

🚲 We are located directly on the bike paths. HHI is a Gold Medal bike-friendly location

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
🚗 We have one guaranteed parking space. Parking is available for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis.

😿 Although we love our fur-babies, The Dunes does not allow renters to bring pets.

My wife and I stayed here on a spur of the moment vacation after a long work trip in Georgia. It was everything we needed for some much needed relaxation! The place was clean and had plenty of room for us! It’s in a great location 5-8 minute walk to the beach. Tons of restaurants and shops within just a couple miles. I highly recommended this place for anyone looking for a stay in Hilton Head. JoAnn was a great host always responsive and gave a great list of attractions in the area.

Excellent location. Close to the beach, few minutes walk. The beach is located down the road from the more crowded public beach. Close to the plaza. The apartment had everything needed however felt a little crowded with three adults and two children under 7. The tv’s in each room (3) helped everyone have their own time and space. Did not spend any time at the complex pool but it looked clean and well maintained. The provided chairs, kids beach toys and cart were brilliant to have available.

I cant thank JoAnn enough for all she did! After leaving a previous locaiton for being too dirty JoAnn let us check in early! The condo was beautiful! It had everything you would need for small family and more! The short walk to the beach was perfect! We are not super big on daytime beaching but we would walk over every evening to watch the sunset so the 5 minute walk was perfect! The week we stayed was when a hurricane came though so lots of trees came down and crushed some cars and blocked our exit out. JoAnn was was on in and got someone out to clear the trees so we could make it to the aiport in time! JoAnn is the best! 1,000% reccomend booking her location!
