Everything was so updated and clean. We could have shown up with just our luggage of clothes and been perfectly fine. A highchair and playpen were provided, which was so thoughtful. The host dropped by to provide extra towels if needed for cleanup in the hurricane (which did not even affect us) also reminded us of a rocket launch which we got to witness on the beach with our family! Close to a local Walmart and shopping plaza. Two adults and four small children were quite comfortable, everyone had their own space. 🧡🌞 1000% would revisit! Thank you for everything!

As wonderful as the pictures are on Airbnb, they can't come close to how beautiful the townhouse really is! We had a great time and very quiet nights. The location can't be beat, clean as possible, fresh-smelling when we arrived, and everything in order.
We would definitely stay again. We had two launches, nearby restaurants were already some of our favorites, and the pool and beach were awesome!
Grace communicated as if she is right there with us, and Julie, too. We had everything we need. Thank you Grace and Julie for a fantastic week and amazing hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Riviera! The condo had everything we needed. Stunning ocean view, where we could watch the sunrise and even a rocket launch from the privacy of our balcony. Grace was a wonderful host. She checked in to make sure everything was going ok and reminded us of the rocket launch. The beach was very quiet and the pool was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Stayed for 4 days, place was exactly as described. Host was super responsive and even messaged us about things to see and do! Space was clean and had plenty of beach chairs and floats!! Looking forward to going back again!

Location, Location, location. This place is right on the beach. We had an Oceanview condo, which was amazing. Small walk over foot bridge to the sand. It was great to have a pool onsite as well. Walmart is one minute away plus other shopping. Grace was incredibly responsive for anything at all. Condo was as stated. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party and there was plenty of room. Downstairs bathroom has walkin shower. Upstairs has shower tub. Kitchen had all amenities. She also has beach chairs and toys. The only complaint from a family member was that beds in 2nd bedroom were not very comfortable. Bed in master was very comfortable for me. We would definitely stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in the area for a softball tournament at the usssa complex. It was an easy drive to and from the condo. The listing and pictures were exactly as described. Grace was very responsive, not that we needed to contact her much. We even got to see 2 rocket launches from the balcony of the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, casserole dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and we even saw a crockpot. Sand toys and beach chairs were an added bonus. There were also plenty of bath towels and beach towels. We would definitely return!

The place was exactly what we wanted and more! We brought our 7 month old for the first time to the beach. Although the place was not “baby proof” it accommodated all of our needs. Nice open living space. We were able to fit a decent size play pen in the living room so he could crawl around. The location was wonderful. The beach was never crowded. The pool was perfect for those non beach days. Overall the experience was great and we would definitely come back again!

Grace’s place was spectacular. The setting is amazing. The unit is RIGHT on the beach. We had coffee every morning on the patio watching the sun rise. Quiet and well maintained. Lots of shells on the beach.
Lots of places to walk to. Turtles are mating so each morning we could see where they came up in the beach during the night. There’s a pool. Very beach friendly.
Julie, the property manager, gave us some great suggestions on where to eat.
The furnishings are in great condition. Cookware, books to read.
Just bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
