Property Description

Aloha!
We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable yet affordable price, accessible access ground floor in building 6-150 condo at the Kihei Kai Nani, and we invite our guests to the same comforts and enjoyment in a great location in Maui.

As our guests, our goal is to make everything fun and memorable in this one-bedroom ground floor, close to the large swimming pool 60x30 and BBQ areas. There is laundry facilities on the property.
Just across the street and steps away from the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park II, that's perfect for swimming and snorkeling with lifeguards on duty and an excellent beach for the kids.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal, blend your favorite drink, or enjoy your morning coffee blend on the lanai. There is also an additional kitchen pantry for food storage. There is one full bath with a tub, two safety bars for making it easier to get in and out of the shower, a comfortable one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a Sleeper Sofa in the living room, TV, A/C in both the bedroom, and living room, along with high-speed internet, Upgraded cable TV's, strong free Wi-Fi, unlimited free long distance in the U.S. and Canada, A real phone and answering machine for messages. There is also open public Wi-Fi at the pool or in common areas.

You will find beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, toys, and some snorkeling gear.

Starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other disposable items

Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance, along with activity information and equipment rentals for a fun day.

Interested in Golfing, World Championship Golf Courses are within 5 minutes away. Kihei is one of the driest parts of the Island, which means lots of sun. Just a short walk across the street from the condo, sit on the "sunset wall" by the beach, and enjoy the Sunset.
If you are lucky and season permitting, you might even see a whale breach for Sunset. Time to enjoy your dream vacation in Paradise and take home lots of Pictures and Memories.

Kihei is a short distance 12 miles from Kahului airport, about a 20-minute drive. The Resort offers free parking and security at night—beautiful landscaping and garden and pool views.

Enjoyed DiAnne’s Kihei apt so much I would def make it my official stomping grounds when I make the return trip to Maui ina few years! Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll. Pool direkt nach ein paar Schritten von der Terrasse aus zu erreichen. Der wunderschöne Strand ist nur ein paar Schritte mehr entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und lieb. uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Great location in the complex, being within mere feet of the Pool, Laundry facility and the beach is a quick walk from the condo. The place is well equipped in the kitchen, with everything you need for a nice dinner or lunch at home. The BBQ grill and picnic table is steps from your door! The place also has every extra you may need for the beach, ie: boogie board, flippers, beach chairs, cooler, towels and yes ladies, even hats for the beach!!!! :) I would highly recommend your next stay here, on the ground floor at end of quiet building. Wow!! Our best Airbnb experience, EVER!! We love traveling and often use Airbnb and DiAnne ‘s place was absolutely perfect! DiAnne is an outstanding host with excellent communication and attentiveness. Her condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was outstanding and we were able to easily prepare our meals which saved money and helped us to stick with our healthy nutrition choices. DiAnne’s place was peaceful, very safe, cute, comfortable , conveniently located and an outstanding value. The staff and security team were friendly and very professional. The bed was very comfortable and all of the neighbors were respectful and quiet. We slept well. The pool was so nice and it was an easy, close walk to do laundry which saved us $120 because we didn’t need checked bags! The bus was easy to walk to and loved the Kihei which provides free transportation to and from the airport. The beach was so close! We were able to enjoy the sunset!

Diane‘s place was great! Just a walk across the street to the beach. Lovely location within the complex. Close to the pool but not noisy. Fantastic neighbors and very friendly complex. Even got fresh starfruit from the front desk. The bed was really comfy and the sheets were nice. Lots of towels provided. AC was provided, but we didn’t have to use it once as you can get a beautiful crossbreeze You felt like you were staying in someone’s beloved Hawaii home. Lots of fun signs and Hawaiiana. Just a three minute walk away from the worlds, best best cinnamon buns! Would definitely stay here again!

We're DiAnne Durossette and Brad Danford, Husband & Wife ( of Sonoma CA) seasoned Maui enthusiasts with over two decades of cherished memories on the island. Our dream of owning a piece of paradise became a reality a decade ago when in September of 2016, we took the plunge and acquired this beautiful family-owned condo inspired by countless vacations to the beautiful island.
Ten years ago, our daughter also made the move to Maui. (Perhaps a result of our numerous vacations to the island). Now, with the delightful addition of two more grandkids, we know that owning this family-owned condo was the right move.
We believe in living Pono, that's living Aloha. One of the highlights of Maui is the culture of relaxation and tranquility. From the beautiful weather to the friendly people, every part of the Hawaiian culture promotes a stress-free lifestyle while keeping the Aloha spirit.

The place also has every extra you may need for the beach, ie: boogie board, flippers, beach chairs, cooler, towels and yes ladies, even hats for the beach!!!! :) I would highly recommend your next stay here, on the ground floor at end of quiet building. Mahalo DiAnne! Our family had a great time, and hopefully will be back sooner than later!!!

I needed a place to recover after surgery. Dianne’s place was perfect! It was like recovering at home…and the bonus was the location!!! While I rested, my husband was able to take a dip in the pool or go to the beach and still be close by.

Wow!! Our best Airbnb experience, EVER!! We love traveling and often use Airbnb and DiAnne ‘s place was absolutely perfect! DiAnne is an outstanding host with excellent communication and attentiveness. Her condo was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was outstanding and we were able to easily prepare our meals which saved money and helped us to stick with our healthy nutrition choices. DiAnne’s place was peaceful, very safe, cute, comfortable , conveniently located and an outstanding value. The staff and security team were friendly and very professional. The bed was very comfortable and all of the neighbors were respectful and quiet. We slept well. The pool was so nice and it was an easy, close walk to do laundry which saved us $120 because we didn’t need checked bags! The bus was easy to walk to and loved the Kihei which provides free transportation to and from the airport. The beach was so close! We were able to enjoy the sunset!

When we walked in, we felt right at home! Roomy, comfy bed, great kitchen and close to the beach! Lovely pool too! DiAnne was super responsive too! Would stay again!

Kihei is an excellent location for exploring Maui and DiAnne's place is a perfect location within Kihei...Next to an excellent Beach (Kam 2 & 3), with restaurants you can walk to...plus, a 5-10 minute drive to hit the rest of Kihei and Wailea... DiAnne's place is perfect for a couple and all the necessary beach amenities were included... We would definitely stay again...

Diane‘s place was great! Just a walk across the street to the beach. Lovely location within the complex. Close to the pool but not noisy. Fantastic neighbors and very friendly complex. Even got fresh starfruit from the front desk. The bed was really comfy and the sheets were nice. Lots of towels provided. AC was provided, but we didn’t have to use it once as you can get a beautiful crossbreeze You felt like you were staying in someone’s beloved Hawaii home. Lots of fun signs and Hawaiiana. Just a three minute walk away from the worlds, best best cinnamon buns! Would definitely stay here again!
